Sitting here enjoying our 62nd Anniversary. Adam has been a delight! Lobster was great and so was the Endless shrimp along with the biscuits! Topped that all off with a. Brownie Overboard. Service was excellent! It is a joy to see and hear a person thoroughly enjoy what they are doing while serving others! Congratulations Council Bluffs Red Lobster!!!

It’s been awhile since I have been out to a red lobster. Having Diamond as our server was an added bonus. She was cheerful pleasant and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made very good deep sea lobsteritas. Awesome experience. You are lucky to have such a person on your team.

Have not eaten at this Red lobster in a long time. Decided to give it a try. Front door windows were clean, says alot about a restaurant. decorated cute for Valentines Day. Hope did a wonderful job with recommendations and great service. Food was good, will definitely go back.
