I went in for breakfast and provided the staff with my request and even though it didnt quite fit with an exact menu item they said they could accommodate me.The food was good, my order was delivered to my table promptly and my overall experience was great. Wanted something that was easy and not available in my own hometown. Settled for this place and it was a mistake. Only two people were in the restaurant. There was a girl working the window and people in the back. They had to yell for the cashier working the counter. When she was ready to take our order her appearance was disheveled and her overall hygiene was lacking. She was polite but during the entire process of ordering my food and her putting it together she was coughing uncontrollably all over the place without covering her mouth. It was an instant turn off for hungry guests. While I waited I observed the state of the the food prep surfaces and found them to be extremely filthy. My sandwich had a toasted bun but it was actually burnt. Not something you want to see when you spend $12 on a sandwich. Which sucks cause I normally enjoy the food from Hardee's. Just not at this location. Save your money. Eat elsewhere.

I would do 5 star's on the service but the lady at the registers was kinda rude I asked for onion rings instead of fries and she was like WE DON'T HAVE ANY ONION RINGS WE DON'T EVEN HAVE CURLY FRIES I was thinking you could have said that in a nicer way like I'm sorry we don't have any right now my boyfriend/ daughter and I all had the monster burger that's are favorite my daughter and I tried a chicken sandwich I want to say last month but we're like we will stick to our monster burger

The grossest place ive ate tables were not cleaned off very loud people in lobby cussing. Used to be a clean place to eat but now its gross. Creston dirt balls in lobby being loud.

Horrible drive thru service waited for my food for about 10 mins the drive thur old lady parked meWhen I got my food everything was coldThe sandwiches had no special sauce and no mayo the bread was hard as a rockEverything was nastyI would of retuned it all but live about 15 mins awayVery disappointed with todays orderAnd rude employees waist of time waist of gas and now I have too make my self something to eat since I’m throwing all this food to the trashCooks need more training and cashiers need to be more respectful

I love the "classy" rating. Made me laugh. I've been in the back of this Hardee's and let me tell you, I wouldn't let my dog eat the food this place shovels out. How they haven't been shut down by the health department is beyond me. This place is a joke! Sadly, without more fast food chains to drive competition in Creston, all the fast food places will suffer in quality. Hardee's and McDonalds both can dump trash in your mouth, because you have little other option.

We were disappointed to find that they no longer serve the western bacon cheeseburger but opted for the bacon cheeseburger. It was a descent 2nd choice.The food has much improved from the past. The new cook, Anthony has years of experience and it shows. The food was cooked perfectly.The lady at the drive through was young, but very nice and friendly.The restaurant was clean, a big improvement from the past.
