The inside was clean. Our food came quickly and tasted pretty good. Baby girl had her first happy meal and loved it.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's will always be the kid friendliest place to eat. What kid doesn't love those golden arches

While McDonald's food has never been my forte, I do enjoy their expresso drinks and shakes. My husband and daughter order food from there weekly and and while mistakes happen because we are people, they go above and beyond to make it right, whether offering to remake the order correctly right then or credit your money to make up for anny issues the visit. The orders are as fast as fast food gets and the building and grounds are clean and welcoming. Creston McDonald's is a win!

Went in to get food for my sister's. Went into the bathroom, one was out of order, the other had someone else's business, one and two, and didn't/couldn't flush. So skipped the bathroom. Ordered their food and sat down to wait. While waiting. Someone else comes to the counter and complains of finding a bug in their sandwich. When the manager, (I'm assuming) came out asked if she wanted a new sandwich, or, a refund. I don't typically leave reviews and never before had much issue with this McDonald's but in this case the whole situation was disgusting. Wanted to people to have some warning of what they could be walking into.

I was excited when the business changed ownership, but they still fry thier fries in old oil. I like to visit McDonald's when I travel just to get fries! Almost everywhere we go the fries come out hot, a light color, and mildly firm. Here they come out cold, a yellowish brown and limp. But the staff has been great lately, very pleasant! Staff gets 5 stars. Food gets 3-4 but fries get a 1. It's a good thing McDonalds isn't known for thier fries! (Sarcasm)Dietary restrictions: Fries are fried in a dedicated fryer so they sre not contaminated.

It's the first time I've ever been to a McDonald's that messed up a sausage mcmuffin. There's 2 things on, yet they left of the cheese. The muffin was also undercooked and the hashbrown mushy. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I've never eaten mcdonalds before and had it leave me with an upset stomach.

Waited in the "Please pull forward and wait on your food line" for 20 minutes. Finally went inside and they forgot about my food. So I had to wait for them to make it again. Probably won't be back.

This restaurant could care less about the reviews they receive. They claim to open the front doors at 5:00 AM. I arrive at 5:30 AM and the doors are locked. They apparently don't need the business or the MONEY. They only care about the drive up. Best to go elsewhere to get better service and food. I am a stockholder and have given up on McDonalds. Their price has been headed down, and I plan to sell, as well as go elsewhere.

I live about 30 minutes away from Creston McDonald’s. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder before driving home. Got home, started eating it and it tasted gross, looked down and it was RAW!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. I’ve had an upset stomach all night long.

We ordered at the Drive-thru and stopped at the first pickup window, this gal handed us our drinks but didn’t tell us to stay there for our entire order so we pulled forward and she yelled at my husband “you were supposed to stay here”. We waited at the 2nd pickup window and no one presented so we drove around to the parking lot. My husband went inside to get our order which took forever for him to get waited on. We finally got our order, the food was great but your employees have bad attitudes. Won’t be back!
