This is the dirtiest chipotle ive ever been to. Food all over the countertops, constant cross contamination, and they literally just scoop food onto the floor. Then when i was checking out, there was rice all over the floor by the mobile delivery area. Disgusting.Additionally, they are constantly out of things like the other person said. Like how do you run out of rice for 40 min?Its nice having a nearby chipotle but after getting sick multiple times from eating here, i highly recommend going elsewhere

I have been to chipotle in multiple different states and multiple chipotles in Iowa and the one on Merle hay road is the most unorganized chipotle I’ve ever been to . Just go to Ankeny save your self the stress lol for real .

Terrible location. All of the employees are extremely rude, often times they won't even acknowledge customers, and they regularly close the store hours early with no sign.

This has to be the worst chipotle, whenever you come in they are out of food or they can’t accept cash because they don’t have change, they are the only corporation still going through a coin shortage I guess. Spent $10.00 for a bowl with white rice and steak. Always out of corn or veggies or some sort of rice.

Tired of coming here sometimes with 2 plus hours left before closing to get food only to be told they are out of things just because the staff refuse to cook more meat…. It’s ridiculous. It happens all the time. Walking in at 8 or even 7:30 and the employees are deep cleaning and telling customers they are out of food. Even at 9 there should be a way to get food. We have also been told in the past multiple times to only order online and then we do but can’t get refunds for out of stock food. We are forced to only get a credit through the app. TRASH customer service. Tonight they substituted our chicken, put tomatoes in a friends burrito who just asked for chicken and rice, then had a bunch black char grill scrapings in the food.

The place was dirty and none of the tables were clean. We had to eat in car due to tables being dirty.
Ordered for pickup at 520. Arrived at 5:22 and it was ready, but it was clear it had been ready for some time. Something is wrong with our order every time. Food was cold, forgot both kids chips and apple juices. Seriously, the inaccuracies and lack of quality in fast food service is mind numbing.

$40 disappointment. Employees were extremely rude. Every single table was full of debri. I received toppings I never asked for and it wasn’t corrected. There was no ice in the pop machine, they were also out of forks. Rice was super hard. Horrible experience. I’ll be telling all my friends to avoid this place.
