I recently went through the drive-thru and Shelly was very patient and helpful with me deciding what to get as I had not been to Hardee's in quite some time. Definitely a great experience and service from Shelly!

I ordered delivery and they put my milkshake sideways in a bag and rolled it shut as if that would keep it in. Dumbest thing i've ever seen and obviously zero concern for the customer. Pathetic.

I don’t get how this place isn’t more popular because they have clean bathrooms, reasonably priced food, and chill people. The hand breaded sandwich is so juicy and delicious it’s my new favorite sandwich. Thank you!!!

We were the only 2 people in the store. Employee asked us to give him a second. Stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to order food. After that, he walked by us to get a drink from the fountain in the lobby, so we walked out. I would stay away from this hardees this is not the first time we have had terrible service here.

Good food options, a bit better than most fast foods with options like ham & cheese, and texas toast buns on the Frisco Burger.
I had a DoorDash pick up, the staff said they are doing the drive to though order first and I have to wait, I don’t think this is a good way to process orders, walk in, drive through and DoorDash all are paying it should be like first come first serve, I thought I was steeling their food ?

Hardee's can be real good if sometimes not so good ! The food quality is what I care most about and I always get takeout. Different locations around the country can be like night and day and probably depends on the current management. Recently I tried the Frisco candied bacon burger and it was very good and quite large. The meat and the bacon were excellent, the bread was ok but could have been toasted a little more. Not sure what kind of cheese was on the burger but it was good although I didn't care for the sauce.I like most items on Hardee's breakfast menu particularly the breakfast platter and the biscuit sandwiches. Overall I think Hardee's has some of the best food compared to the other fast food burger chains!
