terrible service! we ordered taco pizza and it came with no chips, we politely called to ask them to send the chips or remake it, we were fine with either. they said theyd send out another taco pizza. waited about an hr and a half, nothin. so we called again asking for an update if it had been sent out yet and they acted like they didnt know about the situation and said theyd send it out. we never got our pizza after being told multiple times they were sending it. also bit into a bread stick of straight dough ?

Ordered a pizza and cheese bread for delivery when I get my food the garlic sauce had been stamped into my cheese bread and poured out all over it for some reason. Wouldn't suggest ordering food from here again.

Honestly if I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The experience we had last night was unbelievably terrible. I placed an order for a pizza and some wings at 7 PM last night.......and when the delivery finally showed up, first off it was a DoorDash driver, not even Papa John's, and second they showed up at about a quarter to 9 PM.....almost 2 hours after i placed my order. Not only that, they brought be the wrong order completely. The driver said they had to go back up and pick up my correct order, so now it was going to take like another 20 to 30 minutes to recieve my order. I called the store to ask what was going on and everyhting and to ask why there were so many mistakes and all the employee said, with a rude attitude may I say, was "There's nothing i can do about it". This is terrible customer service and is going to keep me away from here in the future. Next time I want to order a pizza, I'll keep Domino's in mind instead, and everyone else should too.

This store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. If you want good food and respect, go somewhere else. Every word they tell you is half a lies. They will mark your delivery as delivered even when they never attempted the delivery, hoping you will not catch it. Very careful

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION S.W9th, HORRIBLE service, after waiting an hr & half, i called to see where my two pizzas were, the guy tells me they've been delivered, when? Becuz nobody knocked, he says if no ones answers, they leave on the ground. I go look to see if my pizzas are outside on the ground, sure enough, they're ON THE GROUND, FILLED WITH ANTS!!! I call the store spoke w a "manager" he says this is their policy, to leave on ground. Tell them to send me replacements, still waiting......10:50p, nevermind ive got work @6am. I call the store again, some girl answers, i ask to speak w manager, she says shes the manager, after the guy i spoke to earlier says he was the manager. She then tells me they have many managers working at one location. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR PIZZA LEFT ON THE GROUND.

Super rude delivery driver. I ordered a pizza using papa points and literally the last $5 I had to my name because this pizza was breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my son and I, until my check on Friday. I already felt horrible for not being able to tip but my son was hungry and we literally have nothing and no car. When the delivery drive dropped off my order she berated me for not tipping until I cried. 10/10 worst experience especially for someone with anxiety already.

This has been my favorite pizza place for years. I called the other day and pressed 2 and was sent to a call center out of the country. She took my order, my credit card info and hung up. I then called and spoke to someone locally and yeah, I was a Karen because I had to cancel my credit card and pay for a new one. Go in person or pay cash.

Jeff was beyond excellent he was quick and went the extra mile with accommodations I was very impressed and will be ordering exclusively from papa John's in the future

i had made an honest mistake with a coupon and was unable to pay for the pizza i had ordered. yes, this part was my fault, i am aware, but there was absolutely no feasible reason for the MANAGER of all people to immediately get an attitude with me over the simple question of whether or not it was possible for me to place a new order for the correct pizza. sent me away empty handed to find something else to feed my younger siblings. inflexible, unwilling to listen, and overall rude environment. i have never had an issue with a papa john's before this location, so while the company itself is perfectly alright, steer well clear of this particular locarion.

Placed an order over the phone. They took my credit card and never delivered food. Store refused to make my food - said I had to order and pay again. Store did not see the order and was very short and rude. I communicated I had already paid and they did not care.I went to another place to buy my grandmother her pizza. I am disputing the charges which still showed up on my card. Do not go here or give them your information over the phone.
