The order taker had language problems and doubled my order and eliminated my favorite choice. The food is too salty and poorly packaged. Worst drive in experience of the year and consistently misunderstanding happens in each visit.

I’ve been here a few times with a friend and the service was mid at best. Today, I ordered tater tots bc they’re the only place that doordashes them here. I ordered a large and the app changed it back to a medium. I asked my dasher to request the size change at the window. I’ve had to make modifications countless times throughout the years I’ve been doordashing and every place was able to accommodate. Here, they refused to change the size. There were so many ways to fix this, but they didn’t even try.Against my better judgement I also ordered a steak & potato griller. I requested no cheese because I have a severe dairy allergy. After my food finally arrived, I was trying not to be too mad about the tater tot situation, but I started breaking out and having reactions as I was eating burrito. They put cheese anyway. Never again.Dietary restrictions: They are NOT allergy friendly. I’m currently taking treatments to recover from the ignored allergy requests.

Most expensive Mexican restaurant around, and its fast food. The boss burrito is more expensive than Chipotle or Qdoba and doesn’t even come close to the size or flavor. Word of advice to the owner: ditch the Taco Johns franchise and open up a Taco Bell. Its cheaper to drive 25 miles (gas included) to the nearest one and you get way more value.
