don't ever think abt ordering doordash from here because they always halfa$$ their job when doing online orders. I shouldn't have to pay more than I would walking in for 2x less quality. Today eapecially because it's literally like 8" of snow and I know there's barely been any customers for the portions I have gotten to be so little and sloppily thrown into the bowl. VERY disappointed. :////

This location is situated in the mall and has entrances from the mall and the street. I had a veggie rice bowl. The person preparing my bowl was really stingy with everything (I had to keep asking for more veggies, salsa, etc), the person who prepared the second meal in my group was great and really fast and gave normal Chipotle portions. The food was cooked well, the drawback was inconsistent service. There is plenty of seating, the store was clean, parking was a little hard to find but that is likely very typical in a college town.

First I want to say I travel all over the world and chipotle is my to go spot with this experience at this location. Let me reconsider to have them as my number one choice . There was no one wearing name tags for you to address them by their name. Plus I ask for white rice because the white rice they had on the front of the shop was not looking very appetizing. Oh ever I asked if there is a next batch of rice . I was given attitude by one of the employees that if I don’t like the white rice that is there I just don’t like it. I need to take something else with an attitude behind it. And she has no timeframe when the next rice will be ready(with an attitude ) .Just so you know this was on a Sunday at 12:10 pm. Totally unacceptable!!!…
Half of the ingredients I ordered werent there. no lettuce , no sour cream, wrong kind of beans, no Fajita Veggies, no Cheese, or the Queso Blanco that I paid extra for. They gave me half a refund after I contacted them. But what's the point it went in the trash what am I going to do with a barely full bowl of rice and specs of meat with some sauce. If u order from here make sure u order in person I ordered online and it ruined my dinner after work.

I went in for a quick lunch and it took a good 5 minutes before anyone even came outside to take my order. The portion sizes at this chipotle are also laughable, the bowl I got wasn't even half full with food, and the tables are always dirty I'm not sure they're ever cleaned. Don't waste your money, visit a different restaurant in the area, there are a ton.
