inside is kinda lame but the rooftop is great. Just watch out they will scam you. My friend bought a drink and then paid for it and within 2 seconds the bartender literally dumped it in front of him. Not very professional. 0 explanation.

I always have a good time at Joe’s, but especially when Sam is working. She is such a sweet and attentive server. Love that I have a bar where I feel safe and comfortable by myself as a young woman. Bar staff is excellent, and I always take people here from out of town! Love Joe’s and love Sam!
I am gluten free and was offered a gluten free bun here. i didn't expect them to have one so I was excited and got a plain hamburger w gluten free bun. immediately it looked too good to be true which i told my friends so I asked my waitress if this was the gluten free. she said yes. I took a bite and it was very good better than any gluten free bun I've had so I asked a second time as well as a second employee and they said yes. a 3rd time I asked her to show me the wrapper and she showed me a hot dog box that was supposedly gluten free and she said she was out of the gluten free buns. I ate it after asking 3 times and then ended up puking the worst I ever have for hours couldn't keep water down and almost had to go to the hospital because I couldn't breathe.

great place, i'm here for the summer patio seating is awesome and the fire adds a great atmosphere. quite a few college students here. area is spacious and they have different elements of events such as trivia night etc. TVs play sports games, we're in NBA / NHL season right now. pretty chill right now on a Friday night, 9:41pm.
