I had the best protein shake I have EVER had and I am anxious to go back many times to try each one! I only gave it a 4-star because the waiter messed up our orders and gave us chicken on the salads when we didn't want it, but he was young, kind and still did a good job.
I love this place. Love the sprouts protein smoothie and super love that I can pair it with a slice of pizza (you gotta try it) from Taste of New York which is in the same place. I did not like, however, the cauliflower bowl with the steak. I would not recommend the steak, very little flavor and not good texture. Felt very processed and like something you'd get at subway. Other proteins possibly better, haven't tried them.

Pizza is very tasty. Best in Iowa. What I love about it is that pizza taste amazing even when it is cold. Staff are friendly and always nice to me when I come there. They have all kinds of options there including vegetarian. Recommended!
