The food was great. A must get is the pesto Bruchetta! We are from out of town but would definitely recommend this The Safe House Saloon to anyone coming this way!

Nice thin crispy crust pizza. Great selection of draft beer. The Dorothy was a nice pale ale with a smooth taste. Very nice and accommodating staff. Cozy old time atmosphere. We visit the area a couple times a year and will be sure to stop back. Thanks for a great dining experience.
My review only reflects the service and not the pizza itself, which has always been great. We witnessed two different couples express their frustration with ordering their pizza prior to other dine in customers and they hadn’t received their order. I was one of the customers who received it before them but ordered well after them. Our waitress didn’t bother to come by once to offer refills or check on us in the hour we waited for our bill to arrive after someone else brought us our order. I even cleared the tray and glasses for them. They did have some call ins but from what I observed if you weren’t pounding beers like the brewery wanted their keg back you weren’t getting service.This is a shame as we have enjoyed this venue multiple times for both dine in and carry out orders. Maybe it was an off night or maybe it is time for our waitress to find a new line of work or for the owner/manager to start holding staff to a higher standard.At any rate, the pizza is excellent but the service was severely lacking compared to past experiences. 10/14/23

Was not expecting too much walking into the Safe House…blown away by the service, beer selection - not a miss in the half dozen we tried, bruschetta was addicting, and the pizza was super good. Can’t say enough how pleasantly surprised we were to stumble across this place. Thank you.
