This is the 2nd time we have ordered from them and NEVER AGAIN.!!!!! We live in Melbourne and it's not convenient in any way for us to drive back in and pick up the 8 things that were left off our order. And when I called to talk to the manager SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!

The lady taking our order was on her cell phone!!! We sat and waited and waited for our food. A man came to check garbage cans and happened to ask if we were waiting for our food. We said “yes.” It was just sitting on the counter and nobody even told us! We ordered chicken sandwiches. They gave me ketchup, but , gave my husband 2 packets of HONEY!I don’t think we will be back!
Do not do drive thru. I was asking if the four piece meal could be white meat for an extra charge. He told me it was dark. Again I asked if it could be made with all white meat. He said it is a leg, thigh, wing, and breast. He said x amount at first window and disconnected. It says it is for two but only came with one biscuit.
This is the worst place ever the person who owns this place should be embarrassed to say he's own a KFC in marshalltown Ia every Manager and GM doesn't know how to treat customers most of the works are on drugs even the managers the food is nasty old and cold they should do marshalltown a favor and close the doors

I would give this place 0 stars if allowed. I heard from an employee that the guy in the morning is putting filtering powder in the chicken this can make you very sick and if you have a poor immune system it will kill you I won't be coming back my chicken was under cooked last time poor management they need to hire Chris Davenport back to clean house won't return until Chris Davenport returns as GM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
