Micki and Shelley, along with most of the team are FANTASTIC! I have had a few instances now of some poor service on night shift, so I try to only come when Micki or Shelley are there.
Ordered 3 chicken jr plain, only 1 of which was fresh. Other 2 were quite old.

Ate dinner at Burger King. My son had the 8 piece nugget meal with fries and Powerade. I had the bacon swiss crispy chicken sandwich, the 4 piece mozzarella sticks and a Coke. Everything was good with no leftovets.

The cashier was new. I've worked fast food before so I am patient with this. She needed help with the kids meals and apple sauce instead of fries.When they messed up on the Order on 2nd ring up, I asked for the apple sauce that I paid for and tried to give back the French fries. The manager or shift lead refused to do so. Now if it were my mistake I would have paid for the apple sauce. Since it was their mistake I asked again that they correct it for my son. He doesn't do well with change. The manager refused to give me the apple sauce that I had ordered. My son refused to eat. Wasted money on his meal due to this.Very poor customer service. I do not blame the new cashier. I chose to not make a scene because she was new. I spoke respectfully but the manager should have made it right. I will never return there.
