Spotless dining area. Greeted by owner. Owner and staff very friendly and attentive. Great food and generous servings. Wonderful Mexican dining in small town Iowa. Will return soon.

Garcia's Family Restaurant has been recommended to us over and over again by friends of ours. After we went today with our adult son, we cannot figure out why we waited so long. Very extensive menu, just know that there is a lot of food to choose from and portions are large. Hubby ordered a #8 (enchilada and chimichanga), I ordered a #13 (chimichanga, which was considered small), and son ordered from the #54 (Garcia's chimichanga's). All entrees had all of the amazing fixings of rice and beans. To top it all off, we had wonderful (and large) dessert of their fried ice cream. Unanimously, Garcia's was the best from start to finish. We were seated immediately, orders taken and received, water glasses were always full. Great food and even better service. We will be returning again because there is a lot of their food choices that we have to try. Great job, Garcia's.

Huge portions, reasonable prices, and great service. Broad menu of authentic Mexican food, expertly prepared. My Sister-in-law who lives in Tucson says that this place is more authentic than any Mexican restaurant in the Tuscon area. We usually go here when we visit our son who lives nearby. We've never been disappointed. They were extremely busy tonight, and even so all of the servers and wait staff were very attentive & friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

Wow this place is great! Went on a Tuesday evening and they had a full house. After our meal I know why they were packed full on a weekday!Service was top notch. I had the Garcia Margarita which is homemade. So refreshing! The chips and salsa were delish! I ordered one shredded beef chimichanga, and one Garcia chimi. The shredded beef was super tender and flavorful. The carne Azada in the other one was surprisingly tender for carne Azada and you definitely could taste the charcoal cook. Yum! The blanco queso was a great addition. We will definitely be back again. The menu is huge and can't wait to try something else next time. It's a nice drive outside of Omaha and only 23 minutes from my house!

This is a very warm and cozy place that is perfect for friends and family gatherings. The decor is welcoming and I really liked the woodwork. The T-bone was yummy and comes smothered with buttery mushrooms and onions (if you want), rice, beans and tortillas. Their nachos were warm and the salsa was just right. It has the perfect amount of kick, where it enhances the flavor with no melting of faces :) They also have horchata! The staff were very nice, there is plenty of street parking and it is conveniently close to the I-80.

Unexpected good find off I-80. Had the Colorado burrito which is simmered beef. My husband ordered the pollo azado which was also good. I also added horchata which was yummy.
