First go around I was going to be done I waited 2 hours for my food and was promised a refund and it never happened . I thought I would give it a second go around after waiting 3 weeks and after last night I’m done! Only good thing about Pizza Hut is our delivery driver . Always respectful, always thankful and always talkative !

Absolute worst experience I ever dealt with in my life. I will never order from this place ever again, My mother told me to place an order for her over the phone for Barbecue boneless chicken and buffalo chicken, and they gave her all buffalo. Now why would we want all buffalo chicken it’s extremely hot. I’m sure that’s probably all they had left because it was late and they didnt feel like making anymore, Once we called back, someone named Shane answer the phone and told my mom that her order was right and that’s what she ordered. My mother was calmly telling him that this was not her order, and its not what I placed, Shane was extremely rude telling my mother that he don’t have time for this and refused to replace her order.

This location is the absolute worst! They can't even simply cut pizza correctly. They don't score it to avoid bubbles in the dough. They forget sauce for breadsticks regularly. Orders even on slow nights have taken hours to receive. I always tip well and I never complain, but I've had it up to here with them. I hate this location!! I have problems with them all the dang time!!

"Mermaid" treats certain staff badly compared to others, expects them to do all of the work while she sits around and smokes cigarettes and talks on the phone. Will never do business with a place that can't treat ALL staff and customers with respect.

Didn't have my order ready when they said it would be and couldn't even find it until after 15 minutes of looking in the computer.
Would give them less then this. I order wings for delivery said they delivered twice I was outside the whole time. Nope they didn't deliver anything. Said they wouldn't deliver to me again. I ordered Uber food from Wendy's and my order got to me just fine. So why couldn't pizza hut deliver to me right the first time js.

We ordered three pizzas for family lunch and 2 liter of soda to have lunch at Lost Island down the road. Placed order and was ready when I got there to pick up. Staff was very friendly and pizza good! Would return here!
