Seated right away. Very noisy. Server was not always present due to demands on his time. Difficult to have conversation because of the noise. Food presentation and taste was excellent. Too bad the restaurant is closing.

The food was good. Ordered ravioli and got 5 small ravioli pieces for $42 (as much as a prime rib steak). The incorrect wine was brought out and put on the receipt. The service was incredibly slow, server was apologetic but still very slow and rushed. The salad was brought out about 2 minutes before the main course. This used to be one of our favorite spots, but not sure we will be back anytime soon.

A last wonderful occasion at Capitol Cellars before they close next week. This is one of my favorite locations in Boise; Capitol Cellars has made the Belgravia Building more special. I will certainly miss the quality of dining I have been fortunate enough to experience over the past 8 years.

Food was ok. Server was busy and took a lot of time to take our order. She was not a happy person.Place is expensive and food was not that good .

I'm sorry to see this restaurant go. We've enjoyed many special occasion dinners here over the years. We have found the menu to be innovative but not too trendy. I was suprised at the pricing, I know that menu pricing has gone up considerably due to inflation but the level of food quality didn't match the increase in price in my opinion. We hope that the new owners continue the quality and raise customer service.

Great food, drinks and service. We had the salmon entree and salmon ravioli. Both were excellent. The entree sides, potatoes and vegetables were delicious also. I tried a cup of barley soup, it was superb. I had a lemon drop martini that was well made and tasted great. My wife had a regular martini, it was a delight also. Our waiter was attentive and provided a service above expectations at a nicer restaurant.

Great spot. Service was excellent. Charcuterie was a bit underwhelming. 2 of the 5 meals arrived at the table cold; I assume had been sitting while the rest of the plates were finished. Desserts were great.

Fabulous lunch on their darling patio! I was impressed for many reasons...service, food quality, presentation, and the ambiance, both inside and out-you can tell the ownership/management/staff are all extremely focused on details. The flowers we're so pretty! Looking forward to coming back for cocktails and dinner with my husband.

The food and ambiance was nice. However for how costly the food was, our service was lacking. We overheard our waitress mention that it was a slow night, and we were only checked on a couple of times during our visit without proper refills on our water. Our waitress was not welcoming but the host was delightful. Would still come back with hopes of better service.

As a moderately frequent visitor to Boise, I've eaten here many times. I love the old space, and coziness inside but in the good weather its a very nice patio. The food is decent, and the bathrooms are standouts!

It was really loud, but there were prom/graduations or something, so they were really packed and everyone was tipsy. I imagine it was be a very good level if it wasn't those groups there. Food was really good, a tad expensive for what you got. Good portions, good staff. Walked out very happy. The theme is really fun, got our check delivered in the bill of rights.

This was a celebration of my wife's and my 20th wedding anniversary. We had such a wonderful time. Our servers, Jack and Liz, made our dinner that much more special. Also, the cocktails provided by Louise were outstanding. Capitol Cellars is our favorite place to dine in Boise!

This was the third time we have been and it might be the last. The service is rough and the food is just so-so...hit and miss. The value is decent but only bc we are from Seattle and this restaurant is in Boise. Haha. They have good cocktails, salads are small and over priced. Mains are so-so....burger is filling and well-cooked, but chicken was dry and small for the price.

Our reservation was for 4:00 PM. When making the reservation, we weren't aware that steaks and Prime Rib aren't available until after 5:00PM. Our server gave me a generous pour of wine to try and compensate for the lack of steak availability. Service was great. The manager had a staff meeting with the servers near the front door/service area within our view and earshot which negatively impacted the ambiance. The food we had was very good although we would have liked a steak.

Me and my husband went to dinner here for our anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious and great portion sizes. The staff were so friendly and were wonderful! And not to mention, the atmosphere was very romantic and just how we liked it.
