This feedback relating to their app ordering, and delivery which I guess is operated by DoorDash according to their staff.Usually pretty good service, but the last 2/3 times we have ordered for delivery there have been issues.Using the app, we ordered, it arrived, and 3 out of 6 were incorrect. I called and they said they had run out of flavors. I provided feedback that I wish they would’ve called, I would’ve canceled the order. They said since it is ran by DoorDash there’s nothing they can do. They did provide me with 2 free cookie coupons, but no code or anything so I’d have to go in to use them.Feedback, I wish their app would’ve told me they were out of stock instead of sending me about half the order of items I didn’t want.The staff is always super friendly, and the cookies are great, but it is unfortunate not getting what you ordered.
