Don't know how it tastes personally because I never made it past the price on their food truck. $10.50 for a cup of mac and cheese topped with various toppings was to much for me but I understand they have to make $$$ so hade to raise the cost and pass it along. Fellow co-workers seemed to like it but I'm all about getting a bit more than that for my dollars spent.
Absolutely LOVE this place!! I eat here every time I visit Boise and it's delicious. The owner is SO sweet and personable. I think the food is delicious and my favorite is the Skully Pulled Pork!! I'll always support this place and will keep coming back.

i went to the mad mac food truck during a concert and not only were the people super sweet, but the mac and cheese was sooo good! i got the buffalo chicken one, and we ate the entire thing! it was $ 12.50 and super big! my friend and i had to split it!! will definitely go here again!!
