They canceled my order on my way there on my break at work and I unfortunately had to order inside and was late off break, but when I went inside I could tell they were slammed and Leroy in the front was SO kind and helpful and apologetic to me (which wasn't necessary but very sweet) thank you Leroy for all your hard work and smiles. And thanks to all the hard workers doing the best they can at this location, it is very busy

What can I say except they are one of the most prolific hamburger chains in the world. They have a very consistent style so no matter where you go it’s always going to be the same taste. It’s not a cheep as they use to be but it is what it is. Come and get a Big Mac for posterity.

The customer service in the drive thru has always been great. However, I came inside today and it’s very nice but the service was not; they seemed irritated by people inside. There was a long line and no one working the counter. None of the guests that walked up were acknowledged, but rather a person turned and shouted “use the kiosk, it’s quicker” to everyone in line. Many people walked out at that point. Some of us stayed and used the kiosk but the wait for the food...
