As says free toppings and they wanted $2 for extra cheese, how is that not false advertising? Guy in the take out window looked at me for 5 minutes before he opened the window and when he did he didn’t speak, I ordered a pan pizza and got some gross square pizza w too much bread. Worst order ever, don’t go here, domino’s is right down the street and they won’t charge you for free toppings.

My favorite part of the Pizza Hut experience was the toasty crispy buttery pan pizza crust but it has changed and is now dry and tough so instead of eating my crust it was thrown

They give a time limit for your delivery/is always way faster then the time given. Great job. Wish every place was like this.

Man what a lame experience. We ordered on Uber eats for pick-up, we live around the corner in the neighborhood. Either everyone just hates their jobs or everyone in there is on drugs because that was the strangest and lousy customer experience. We come in and are not greeted at all at the counter after standing there for over 5 minutes. There were employees around. And they saw us. But ignored us outright, then after we spoke up and just outright said we are picking up our order. The “manager” Corbin who ignored us from the start, just disappears for 5-8 minutes and comes up with our order and has such a piss poor attitude.It’s clearly poor leadership running that store. The one making the pizzas looked like she was on meth. Don’t go here, pick better spots around town.

From the moment I walked in it was bad. No one addressed me or greeted for 4-7 minutes despite being seen as soon as I entered by the manager Corbin. While i waited to be greeted and asked if i wanted to place an order, i watched the young man making a pizza. No gloves, long hair not pulled back. Unsanitary to say the least. When the manager did come i asked him why I wasn't greeted to see what type of service I needed. He told me "I thought you were here to do a pick up." I don't know how pizza hut trains...but it's a business model that has largely eliminated thinking. Follow the manual and the rest is cake walk. He acknowledged that he saw me come in. He's not paid to think. And if he were, he clearly demonstrated that he's not qualified to do so. I love pizza huts product, but this was dismal customer service and they need to be retrained at this location.

I called around 3:15pm on a friday and was told I would have to wait at least 1 hour. I was okay with that. Then he informed me that my pizza would not be freshly made with the wait nor will it be hot. With that being said the reviews that is current neg presented are true. I can say j appreciate him informing me of his laziness before I purchased a pizza. You can make my pizza as delivery drivers become available. But overall thank you for the tip
