So great got that big box deal and some sweets, delicious and I got a discount for a minor mistake, which was super awesome given my current circumstances, they were so kind and fun when I went in there, joking and smiling, great experience. I cannot tell you how much I disliked them for years. Growing up the pizza tasted like cardboard to me, it I pretty delicious now! Thanks guys!

It sucked I tried for 30 minutes to call pizza hut because my order was wrong ,then they kept forwarding me to their automated ordering line only to be told they couldn't help me with my problem. So I ended up taking my order and to their store by my house. Then I had to deal with Colton who was very cocky and rude to me and was refusing to remake only my melt boxes and not my boneless chicken wings. He remade my melts and only that ,he did give me some money on my account The only problem I have is all of these people want to make $15-20 an hour but they don't want to make your food the way you order it or when they make a mistake they don't want to fix it without attitude. I did have an attitude but I was the bigger person and apologized for it I'm still deciding whether I'm going to use pizza hut ever again

Delivered soggy pizza trying to call back for over an hoh. Kept sending me to the call center. Also, so I went down there. Everyone was outside so i sent my son-in to show him the pizza and they said nothing wrong with it. I would like a refund. Corbin is very rude to my son. Made him feel bad for doing the right thing. All he had to do. Was remake my pizza. Everyone else I spoke with outside said he should have made a new one.Instead of making us feel like we don't know how to eat pizza I would really like a refund. I would like to speak with corporate.

As says free toppings and they wanted $2 for extra cheese, how is that not false advertising? Guy in the take out window looked at me for 5 minutes before he opened the window and when he did he didn’t speak, I ordered a pan pizza and got some gross square pizza w too much bread. Worst order ever, don’t go here, domino’s is right down the street and they won’t charge you for free toppings.

Every time I go through this Pizza Hut on State Street I'm always having to go through the drive-thru because it's closed inside and it's for doordash and it always takes a while to get my order out and delivered I don't know why

Over an hour for cheesy bread and cheese sticks via carry out. Came in on time- told 10 minutes room 25 and literally having to get a manager to give me my order.
