So Smoke & Thyme is the Food Truck that serves up the food for the customers of White Dog Brewing. (It took us a little bit to figure this out.) But we are so glad we did!!! We had the wings to start…phenomenal! Perfectly smoked and crispy with the dry rub option. I had the French dip which might be one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. top 10 at least. My girlfriend had the turkey blt and loved it! You also get amazing fries and a fry sauce that I want to put on everything I eat now!!! So glad we found this place.

Situated in a beer hall- the White Dog- a lovely kitchen! We (2) split a Cobb with chicken salad and fish ( pollock) and chips. SUPER good and fast, and an absolute tonne of food ( and we are "good eaters").Our server "pre split" our orders and the presentation was very, very nice. Fries had a novel (good) seasoning and nice and crispy. Nice vibe to the place too ( fans of the yellow lab:))

Grab a beer at White Dog and enjoy a meal that is always awesome. Wings , burgers, dogs, bacon peanuts. It's all good. This is legit the best fry sauce in Idaho. Every sauce they make is awesome, but get the fry sauce.

I really wanted to like this place but my BBQ wings were so so dry. It seemed like I got the dry rub too and not BBQ because I couldn't even tell there was any sauce on them. I got the jalapeño popper egg rolls too which was pretty much straight cream cheese with some diced up jalapeños deep fried. The dipping sauce for them was good though.

I was double charged (Uber Eats order) and then the food I ordered was over cooked and not eatable. Additionally, I was charge $12 over the cost of their menu prices (not including the additional deliver fees and service charges for Delivery. Grace McKie from the restaurant promised to refund both charges but never did. Then she ghosted me and stopped replying when I followed up. I have given them weeks to resolve before posting this. I did get Uber to refund one of the charges but the other refund promised by merchant was never processed. Would not recommend due to poor quality food and poor business practices.

I'll preface this review by saying it is based on one Uber Eats order. I usually try to visit a restaurant a couple of times in person to get a better perspective on food and service.I had a beer and bacon burger, fries, and a side order of cheese curds. It arrived quickly and was hot. However, everything was extremely salty and soggy with oil. The burger seemed decent, as far as it was thick, it had a nice gourmet bun, and the toppings were tasty. But it was hard to taste the good part through the overpowering salt and grease. The cheese curds looked yummy, but weren't anything special. Again, lots of salt and grease. And that's too bad, because cheese curds done right are delicious.My meal was $34 on Uber Eats (BEFORE tip) which was also undesirable for a greasy burger and fries and a smallish side order of cheese curds.Overall, I can see where this restaurant is trying to go with offering upscale burgers. It just fell flat in execution.

S&T smoked us a Turkey for Thanksgiving and holy smokes, it was THE best we've ever had. Perfectly smoked, so juicy and tender. I don't even really like Turkey and it's absolutely amazing. My kids kept asking for more and my husband has the meat sweats! We'll be back. Thanks Dave!
