This is my favorite store! My orders are consistently made correctly. The service is incredibly speedy. I’m never in line for very long. The staff here is some of the nicest across all the stores. Even though it’s not along my usual route to work, I will take the detour and add 10 minutes to my commute for this location!

Apparently if you order non-dairy milk in your drink you have to specify that you don't want whipped cream. Ordered a frap, and yes I know whip cream is usually standard, with soy and they still put whipped cream on top. This isn't the first time this has happened. Some people that order non-dairy milk actually have an issue with dairy. So why would you put dairy on top of a non-dairy drink. It doesn't make sense.

I'm so disappointed in the service that I received at the drive through of this location today. I used to work for Starbucks and have never been treated this way, ever. My husband sent me to redeem the offer for 50% off between specific hours and when I went to pay, the promo required to scan the app. I pulled out my app and apparently the barista wasn't able to use my app because I hadn't used it in so many days? Okay, so I said I'd log in with my husband's real quick since he sent me and must have received the offer on his app. While I'm logging in, she asks me if I'll be using the card on my app for the payment. I said sure we can use that one for the charge... she then hands me my drinks and says have a great day!....... I said, "I haven't given you the app for the offer yet. I just explained to her that I was getting it pulled up." She said, "Well you I already used your card, so now you can't do it."I was so completely lost for words. I told her that her actions were extremely deceptive.. to which she simply wished me a good day again and closed the window.I still have no words. I understand you're busy, but you can take 2 minutes to help a customer with what they came for. I had come to purchase in response to a promotion that my husband and I were marketed for by Starbucks... and via this barista, left feeling completely taken advantage of. I get we all have bad days, but I was nothing but kind in this interaction, and if you're not able to provide the customer service you were hired for, perhaps you should take the day off.

The slowest most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve been to. Shop tends to care more about their conversation than the customers. Lack of experience is clear as well, ability to prioritize is non-existent. 10 minutes to make one drink and the person behind me gets theirs before me. Drive through new orders went out before my one drink. Just overall a frustrating Starbucks and this happens regularity. Not a big deal but I’d go to a different one and avoid this one personally.
