I've visited this location a handful of times and usually the service has been great and the process has been speedy. Today however as I walked in I found I was the only customer in the restaurant. With one employee up front who had green hair and piercings. I could hear the notification for a online order and as I walked in she walked up to the machine and printed a fairly long receipt. She put the ticket on the rail and started making the order. She hadn't even acknowledged I was there at that point and I had been there for almost 2 minutes... I'm on a timed lunch break and have to move pretty quick....So Politely I asked "excuse me, do you know about how long that order is gonna take?" She looked at me with a wide open mouth and then looked at the ticket and said "uuuuuhhhh a while" I was so unimpressed with her by this point I proceeded to leave because there were clearly several sandwiches on the ticket. As I was leaving and walking out the door she screamed (yes, screamed) "HAVE A GREAT DAY" very sarcastically. To the point I almost came back in and asked for a management number. I assure you im not a Karen. I was actually excited to talk to her and compliment her hair and makeup! But the whole experience was not cool and totally sucked.

Food is good, don’t bother ordering online though. They won’t start making it until you get to the store. This has happened multiple times to me now with different people working. This isn’t fast food it’s slow food. As I am sitting here waiting for my online order to get made, the green haired lady and whoever she is working with are unprofessional swearing behind the counter loudly and not a hair net in sight. Final edit: they forgot to cut the footling in half.

I went to subway for lunch. It was one person in front of me. I got the Philly. The person making my sandwich had no beard net on and put the other person's sandwich with mine in the toaster. Naturally mine didn't toast. . Thanks. Put a beard net on. It's not
