Generally I’d give a good rating but having a tip selection for a counter purchase is insulting. I won’t go back ever. Your employees get paid plenty. I don’t need the pressure of paying more. Remove the tip option.

Tried to get sandwiches to-go last night with my wife and 3 kids at around 8pm. We would have easily purchased over $40 in sandwiches last night. However, we went to walk in and there was a sign on the door: "Lobby closed / On-line orders only". I opened the door, looked inside, saw three employees talking and laughing behind the counter and no food being made or any customers in the store. I pointed to the sign and asked if we could order at the counter (like normal for Subway) and take our sandwiches to go. We had no intention of eating on the store anyway. One of the girls looked at me, grinned, and said "no, we are short staffed, you can order on-line and wait in the store but you can't order at the counter. We turned around and walked out.I hope the owner reads this and understands the choice the employees made last night to turn away business. I have rarely seen Subway with more than two employees working so to see three behind the counter and be told they are "short staffed" was surprising to me.

Cashier was friendly enough. The bread, however, was really dried out and guessing by the crunch when I bit in ( didn't have it toasted) I'm inclined to think that it wasn't exactly made fresh. The rest was ok and it wasn't bad enough that I won't try eating there again.

This location has turned me against Subway altogether. They didn't get our online order at all. Then, they kept arguing about what was on the order even after I showed them the order on my app. When they finally got our sandwiches made, they were mostly bread and very little meat or veggies. I am usually a regular Subway customer, but I have begun going to other sandwich establishments since.

I had a coupon for buy one and getting one, with a soda extra. So I get my wife her same sandwich with added salami. Total was $19.20 for the total cost. I get home and find out they charged me for ham and salami for a total of $5 extra. Turkey Ham and cheese is a regular sandwich. This place is a rip off.

This Subway is a little hit or miss. It's usually great, but we try to avoid going when Debbie is there. She's grumpy and her sandwiches aren't as good. We love Angel and Karter, though!

I stopped coming to this location a couple years ago after watching employees come out of the back and immediately proceed to making sandwiches, without washing their hands nor change gloves between touching selves, computer, etc. and going back to sandwiches. Strange to be here again and see that nothings changed. You dont have to have good customer service, (like this location constantly does NOT) BUT, at least be hygienic... This location needs to take food safety classes.... Have signs posted on computer etc.. to remind employees to wash hands and switch gloves between actions. I'm amazed you're still open.

The sandwich was good but the spinach was old. The service was terrible. The kids working on August 12 2023 were the worst. The cashier was leaning on the wall the whole time and the sandwich maker did a good job making the sandwich but not informing me that it would be a veggie plus bacon to make a BLT since they don't have it on the menu anymore. My coupon was worthless after that and the sandwich was still $10. Terrible service here today! Suggestion: Get new employees that care about customers coming back!

I've been to a few Subways in my life, but the guy here really cares how your sandwich is made. Attention to detail was amazing. I've always heard that morning crew is best, that is definitely the case here.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. The majority are awful. I usually go to the one on Overland and Millennium in Meridian. But this was on the way home from St Alves. Worst customer service. Obviously the owner doesn't care because he doesn't reply to any of the reviews.. I am contacting coporate. See if I can get an apology from the them.

Don’t go if you have kids that need to go to the bathroom even if you paying customer an older lady with short white hair blocks it off with a chip stand SHE WONT LET KIDS GO not just my kids any kid in her eyes they are little demons that will DESTROY THE BATHROOM, I was just getting 3 foot longs I really had to pee I was going to get my food then use the bathroom when a family of 6 comes in they are not doing anything wrong, when the mom, toddler and 3 of the older children need to pee they use the bathroom when the bathroom hog kid hating old lady blocks the bathroom with chip stand and then when I ask to use the bathroom she says “no, it needs to be totally redone” I left after that.before that I had come about 2 weeks before and my kids and being very good my son (8) goes to pick a drink with my oldest daughter when they are just getting their drink’s their stand then made of very flimsy cardboard falls and she has a panic attack and yells at my son, so I don’t suggest going. :/.

No one at this subway knows how to make a sandwich correctly. No one can read directions when it comes down to online orders, they mess my orders up almost every time to the point it's almost unedible and it's infuriating! DONT BOTHER AT THIS LOCATION!!!
