Good sushi in Idaho is a rarity unless you are lucky enough to have a friend whose family knows how to make it, but Yoi Tomo is not only amazing in service and quality, but also they make you feel at home. Also, the sushi rolls are fantastic and creative.

The pinnacle of my sushi-eating adventures was undoubtedly at Yoi Tomo. Let's be clear, when I saddle up for a sushi feast, I've got three must-haves on my checklist: the holy trinity of volume, flavor, and aroma. And let me tell you, the aroma didn't just hit--it practically karate-chopped me in the nose in the best possible way. Yoi Tomo isn't just playing in the big leagues; they're setting the scoreboard on fire with a solid 10/10. Each roll seemed to whisper sweet nothings of freshness and quality as I took a bite. And the service? Swift as a ninja and as friendly as your neighborhood sushi chef. The ambiance has this magical quality, almost as if the walls themselves are chanting, "Eat more sushi." It's not just a dining experience; it's a culinary adventure that leaves you craving for more. Thank you Yoi Tomo!

Looking forward to our next visit already! I've been a long-time fan of Yoi Tomo and had another great meal there last week. We received great service and a good space to enjoy our meal as always. We had two appetizers, which were prepared promptly and served hot. All of our sushi was delicious and fresh. The soup was always a great idea. I was shocked by how quickly we were served our entire meal, which was great since we were heading somewhere.

Been here so many times, with small groups, big parties, hands down our favorite sushi place. Sushi is always prepped fresh and served with good quality. Have recommended it to many friends and they all loved it. The wait time is usually super long so get on the waitlist through Yelp ahead of time if you are planning to go there. All you can eat price has gone up several times but still worth the money. The food is never disappointing.

I appreciate the online waitlist. I was running late, but they did not cancel my group. They called me to verify if I still wanted to reserve a table. I recommend the Money ball.Dietary restrictions: I was able to request no cream cheese.

Solid rolls. The katsu was way over cooked - had much better at run of the mill teriyaki joints. . I'd get rolls here again but avoid the katsu. Also, the menu is odd: the "grill" part consists of the katsu and some teriyaki items. What is teriyaki doing at a Japanese restaurant? They need to have a karaage option and perhaps a poke bowl option.

Virtually everything was amazing. I really enjoyed the eel. Well worth the $35 for all you can eat because it includes appetizers... Lots of food, but didn't feel gross afterwards... Good service and a little tough to get into but well worth the weight. Lots of other stuff to do downtown.
