This place is a mess!!! They never make biscuits in the morning and today they were out of over half of there menus and when I ordered a spicy chicken they let me know that they didn't have the spicy part, not a problem let's do the bacon Swiss. I paid for the bacon Swiss but no bacon no Swiss. I was asked 3 different times if I was the one that had the spicy and if it was OK to swap out to something else I said yes to each of them and told them what I changed it to.

Used to be my Burger King location of choice, but with how the customer service has gotten and the near factor that I’ve been now sitting in the drive through for 16 minutes waiting for my food is a bit ridiculous, if their were other customers inside I’d understand but with the parking lot empty and me being the only one in the drive through

Worst experience at a Burger King ever. I waited 40 minutes from the time I ordered at the window. Finally I went in to get a refund. I was treated with disrespect by the manager. Told it would take 3 to 5 days for a refund. I left without a refund or my food.
I was third in line in drive waited 10mins at the window got parked waited another 15 mins went inside just to wait another 45mins for my food why I kept watching people get their food and on top of that one of the workers was swearing and saying she wants to slam her head into the brick wall and kept telling the other worker to move out of her way when he was just trying to help very unprofessionalParking: It’s okay

Not as good as it use to beI use like their chicken sandwiches.We only go out to fast food as a treat. Today was No treat. Whopper Jr was slammed together my chicken sandwich was hard around the edges almost a full inch. Only part edible was the vary canter
