Noticed this store seems understaffed or doesn’t manage people correctly. The bartender is serving tables instead of the bar . People wait too long for basics Red Robin is known for.

We were with a party of 10 celebrating 2 birthdays. We asked for the special on their website, but did not receive it. We did not receive another basket of fries or more ketchup. We were rarely checked on. Neither birthday was acknowledged. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend Red Robin Pocatello. I do not plan on going back.

I loved the atmosphere and the service but the food was way too salty! I don't remember it being that salty before. Both my husband and felt like everything was over seasoned.

We had their smokehouse burger. It was very good! And I had their garlic fries for the first time and I loved them! I'm going to get them the next time I go too! Our server was the best too--always refilling my son's drink when it was empty or almost empty, offering to refill our fries, checking to see if we needed anything every so often. The manager came around to each table checking to see if everyone was having a good experience also. I also like that the drinks and fries are bottomless; not that I can eat much more than 1/2 a serving but I think it's a great perk for their customers.

Had dinner here last night with my two autistic children, my fiance and her family. After leaving the restaurant I learned that there was a couple who asked one of the waitresses to ask our party to leave because of my children's behaviors or to give them togo boxes. The couple left with their togo boxes and the staff never brought the incident to our attention. The only way I found was one of our party members witnessed the whole thing and told my fiance about it later.Also the food and drinks was great, service was awesome. All around great experience!
