Just got lunch with my boyfriend after coming back down from the hot springs and this was exactly what we were hoping for. Great food, great folks, very chill atmosphere. I got the personal pizza (so so good and piping hot) and he got the Growler burger and he was droolin over the bun and the house sauce. Will definitely be stoppin in again the next time we’re in town!

Went in hungry for pizza and got food 45 mins later...

To set the seen it was moderately busy but not blow the doors off busy. 80% of the tables were full. 2 seats at the bar with the rest open.

Ordered drinks with two pizzas and cheesy bread and got our drinks in a normal amount of time but never came by to check for refills or check on the table.

One pizza came out after having to ask about our order 40 mins into waiting and staring at and empty drink container, followed by the second pizza. 15 mins later our cheezy bread came out.
Their ranch is exceptional but they only give you two baby size containers of it and charge you for extra ranch 😔👎

The staff were friendly at first but ended up being grouchy and off-putting.

Cook seemed to be upset or discontent with her job and dressed unprofessionally.

All in all good was delicious when it showed up but waited forever for it with horrible service. Other patrons expressed the same emotions while talking to them.

Went to the one in McCall in the past and had a better experience ... Will not be going to the one in Donnelly again

Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly and womens restroom bathroom doesn't lock while using the changing station.

The hostess was very rude and short. She sat us instantly and as we ate looking around we hear the common talk in the shop right now is displeased customers. One table waited over an hour for their pizza. Others called in and they claimed to never get their order. I order a pineapple pizza. My friend a calzone and chicken strips. We waited an hour to get our food. When we got it the pizza was disgusting. Doughy, tasted like cardboard. I think the ham was bad. Made me and my partner sick. The calzone was burnt. The chicken was okay. None of the workers seemed to know what they were doing. Very unpleasant experience, very displeased

Probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The nice young new gal was definitely trying but the restaurant is completely under staffed and the food was prepared all wrong. Definitely need the health dept to come in and do an inspection. They would fail miserably. Also gangster rap blasting in the kitchen. Paid for 2 salad bars and there was literally nothing left in the salad bar. No silverware either. They need to just shut down, there is no fixing this.

Two years in a row- service has an attitude issue. They close before their posted hours, they stop taking orders 30 minutes before close, etc. It’s just a mess. Liked the location in McCall but Donnelley location is a mess. Hard pass at this point as I’ve been disappointed one too many times.

They were real busy, so food took a bit. But that did not take from the quality! One of the ladies even had the new girl remake my colzone because it didn't have enough meat. They're going to do their best to get you good quality! Great service.

Pizza was excellent. Atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Service was definitely lacking. People were waiting with no one in sight. We had to find someone to help us just to order. They were young kids in the back who never even acknowledged us. Will go again, just plan to wait.

We ordered in and were told 35 min wait. No problem till 1 1/2 in we asked our waitress to check on our order, only 2 other tables inside eating. Heard them fighting in the back that they didn't know we were here? Brought out our food in a cardboard box, barely warm and set it on Our table to eat. Not a sorry or excuse or anything. I'd pass!

I just don’t understand how a simple order of a calzone with mushrooms is so messed up. You have a choice of 3 toppings. I chose one topping. Why is it filled with onions and peppers as well? I have had nothing but problems with this location. I don’t want to speak to the person taking the order as if they are a child but at this point I don’t know how else to order. Every single time I’ve ordered there it is incorrect. They aren’t exactly cheap so it’s pretty frustrating. I don’t think I will be back. On the plus side, the employee who was working the front counter was absolutely delightful for once.

Pizza was perfectly assembled and cooked. Loved the crust. Service was personal and comfortable. Greatly enjoyed it and will be back!

We got our pizza and she came out and slammed it on the table and didnt even say enjoy or give us plates, she didnt even look at us, she is a very short girl, brown hair. Please have a talk with her this is very disrespectful and unacceptable please and thank you.

Decent place to eat w fair prices. Burgers fries snd sandwich were good. We got it to go though
