I’ve been in here a few times now and they get my drink wrong every time.The employees don’t seem to be very competent at their job. I have called them a number of times to try and resolve this matter and they never pick up the phone.

I try to go earlier when either sid is working. They’re both wonderful. One that usually wears a beanie and has so much energy and kindness each morning is the main reason I keep coming to this location. But I’m getting really tired of getting less coffee than what I order. The saddest poof of whip cream on top is really depressing.

Came in to get a coffee and a snack. We took a bit making out decision however at this point no one had even acknowledged we were there, quite a feat as there were at least 7 employees there. We stood at the register and waited while two employees had a conversation right in front of us and others did tasks walking by in front of us also. We were the only two customers in the lobby at the time. We finally decided that we were invisible and left still not one employee looked up or said one word to us. Cant speek for food or actual service as there werent any of either. The atmosphere was far from welcoming or warm.

Lady working the window had the audacity to tell me I didn't have to tip today when I was paying for my order. I was taken back by that comment.Parking: Parking is a hassel at this location due to being off of a busy street
I go here almost every morning before work and I have never received a wrong order or any issues what so ever. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming & attentive, even at 7am in the morning. Coffee/matcha is always consistent. Best Starbucks I’ve been to. Kudos to the entire staff!!!!

Got both my and husbands order wrong, no refund offered. 2 foot high weeds outside, looks tacky. Clean up your store grounds and train staff

This morning I went to get coffee for some of my teachers. A blond lady named Gabby was helping me order. She was super sweet and helpful and when I went to pay, my card declined. I took my drink off and when i went to get my drinks she has made me my drink anyways and gave me lots of sugar and coffee for the plain coffees I had ordered for my teachers. I’ve always had good times at this starbucks and I will always come here over ANY starbucks.

Was asked for a tip first thing at the window. I ordered just a regular coffee. Coffee was over filled and spilling as he was handing it to me. As I drove away and took my first sip coffee spewed onto my work clothes.Had to pull over and dump a good portion of it out. Not to mention he must have known because he double cupped it instead of giving me a sleeve.Very disappointed.
