Hands down the WORST pizza I've ever had. The crust was like thin cardboard, it was greasy, the cheese in the crust was barely in the crust and the damn thing cost me almost $15 bucks! I will NEVER eat there again.

Ordering in Jerome? Go with dominos!Unfortunately this SMALL Pizza Hut isBUSYSHORT STAFFEDand can’t keep up with corporate standards.Over an hour for carry out.If you love it that much. It’ll be faster to drive to Twin and back.

I made some calls to order but no one answered me so I decided to go in person to order when I arrived I thought maybe I would open a lot of orders. But to my surprise, I was the only one. The worker attended to me quickly and took my order. She told me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I told her that it was fine and that she would return in that time and I would just go to pick up my children from school. I came back for my order there was nothing on the counter I thought well it will be finished cooking. But to my surprise, the same worker told me what my order was because they didn't have my order and that the new order was going to be in 25 minutes. I told her that it wasn't fair that I had to wait longer. she told me she couldn't do anything

I normally don’t leave bad reviews because I completely understand working in customer service but the past 3 times I’ve been here has not been very good. Waited 45+ minutes to get my order when it was already completed. Order online to pick up my order, physically came to the store and told me they were closed. (Glad I was already in town because I could have drive 20 minutes into town to pick it up) Everyone was just sitting there messing around! They could have called to say they weren’t taking orders anymore. I think my favorite one is when everyone was outside while they left a new person on their first day doing pizzas and then told me they can’t cut rounded pizzas into squares, when I have had it cut multiple times into squares.

Within the last month I have tried ordering twice. The first time I placed my order online and not even 10 seconds after I placed it they call to say they ran out of toppings and they were canceling my order, no apology nothing just hung up on me. Today I tried calling and was immediately put on hold for more than 10 mins so I had my daughter call to see if she could get through and was immediately put on hold as well for another 7 mins so we hung up. Both days were Sundays and around 5:30/6 pm. Definitely will not be trying to place an order there again. Whoever the owner/manager is should really consider looking at the latest reviews and look into getting some new staff, they are definitely losing out on business.

We had some friends over and ordered pizza, they delivered, super late after it saying it was ready, and after the delivery time, food was cold and they forgot the wings. Tonight my husband was going to order pizza for a going away party dinner. Just us, his dad, my grandma, so not a lot of food. 1 pizza and some wings. He orders, they call to tell us an hour before closing time that they are canceling the order because they are short staffed. Aren’t we all short staffed? Does that mean we don’t work? After every experience being horrible, and the staff being rude every time when we have always been kind, I’m kind of fed up. We definitely won’t try again, and feel it’s worth warning others.

They ran out of pizza dough and then wanted to upcharge me for the alternative dough, then they found more dough apparently, made me wait another hour and a half and still didn't deliver or attempt to make a delivery. Then they wanted to fully charge me for the makeup order. Terrible management and service, just stick to dominos.

During covid, I went there to make an order. No face masks, no food prep gloves!!! Needless to say, I turned around and walked out the door. One of the counter personnel asked why I did not make an order. Well with, No masks, and no food prep gloves during this world pandemic that could potentially make me or my family sick. My wife is a diabetic and she does not need something else to worry about, nor do I. Another issue I saw there. Was the male workers that had beards. No beard nets! That's a USDA NO NO! Both men and women with long hair. Did not have a hair net or a hat on. What would you do during a pandemic? I bet I know about 50 percent would say it's cooked, though. They don't cook the box! They don't cook the packets of parmesen or red pepper packets. I don't know about you, I don't want to eat someone's hair! You can if you want, but count me out!I GIVE JEROME PIZZA HUT 2 THUMBS AND A FROWN! SERVICE DID NOT USED TO BE CONDUCTED THIS WAY! SHOULD NOT BE THAT WAY WITH ANY FOOD CHAIN!

I am not the type to leave reviews, but i absolutely have to this time.You guys did a FANTASTIC job on my order this evening!! Everything was super fresh; seasoned perfectly, the crust was the prefect thickness and it had the classic Pizza Hut flavor everybody knows and loves. The delivery "kid" had a great attitude as well!! If you continue doing business like this, Pizza Hut will once again be my first choice... and I'm sure others' as well.NICELY DONE!!
