We had an e-gift card from a fundraiser we won. We tried to use it, and the supervisor said that because it was purchased online that we could only use it if we ordered our meal online. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. We had a coupon that a worker at another subway gave us, and said that we could use it over and over until it expired, that we just had to show the coupon and they would give it back to us. I asked if she was going to give it back and she just said, "I don't know anything about coupons" and she turned and walked away. I won't ever go to that location again. I will go to the one in Wendell any day of the week, they are outgoing and very friendly!

I ordered a footlong steak and cheese and it was so dry the only honey mustard that was on the sandwich was at the end of the bread and no oil and vinegar on it. I threw half of it away because it was way to dry. I then ordered 3 cookies and ended up with 3 footlong brownie things that I guess are new on the menu which are also disgusting. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait. However, I would rather wait for good fresh food then pay for what I received. $16 for mediocre food at Best. Why is everything so hit and miss anymore? Sometimes you get amazing service and amazing food the rest of the time it's disgusting. It's like a surprise you never know what you will end up with. I'm not for those kind of surprises I would rather have great food, and customer service I don't mind waiting if it's worth the wait. I've worked in fast food and took pride in what I did always have and always will.

Normally the service is great but today was lacking a bit. The gal taking orders with the headset for the drive through and handling the walk-ins seemed to be in an off mood.Overall the food was good. Soda and tea were cold. Chips were good

Is it so hard to acknowledge a customer? Two people behind the counter and it looked as if they were working, possibly a call in or window order. BUT, not once did either one look up and say anything to us. When they were ready to help us they were both very melodramatic. They both acted like they hated their jobs.I'm not trying to bash Subway but bring this to the attention of the management. Food was good.

Ordered a spicy Italian which is usually close to the price of a cold cut combo but the guy refused to give it to me for the $7.69 it should’ve been and charged me for an Italian bmt which is not what I asked for. He claimed it had changed and that there’s no more spicy Italian which would’ve been nice to know when I ordered. He also forgot to give me cheese so that’s cool too. Service was good besides that.
