The lady who made my sandwich was in such a hurry and it's like she didn't want to even be there I hope she finds a better job where she can be happy because she's not happy working at subwayWheelchair accessibility: Was able to park close to the front door but still had to walk across the store to order
The sign said the store was open so it should have been prepared to serve customers. The one employee behind the counter was busy filling a take-out order when we (the only customers in sight) came in, but she didn't bother to acknowledge our presence in any way. A simple, "Hello. I'll be with you in a moment," would have sufficed, but nope. Not even a grunt. My friend asked a question about breakfast sandwiches since it was "morning rush"--the woman now did grunt, "there's a sign" and jerked her thumb over her shoulder in response. When she finally finished the take-out order (she took her sweet time while still ignoring our presence) I asked for a 6 inch on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. She cut me off with a sour, "the only bread we have is flat bread." With that, we finally got the message she really didn't want to serve customers at 9:00 in the morning. So....we left and won't be back at this particular Subway location.

Attendant/ server just walked up to the counter and just looked at me... No greeting no how can I help you. We just stood there looking at each other, finally I said "how are you?" Not one word was uttered from her, so I ordered and was about to pay when the machine asked if I wanted to tip her! Lol hard No! ZERO customer service

The old lady working there is very very rude. She argues with her customers on how they should build their sandwich. Usually the company policy is the customer is right but in this case company policy is to ignore the request and do it the way you were shown. That is not good customer service.

Disappointed for the first time by a subway online order here. They made a completely different sandwich than I ordered. Paid extra for bacon and it wasn't on the sandwich. Good ingredients poor attention by the workers.

This rating is purely from lack of a usable menu on the website. Want to look at the menu so your friend knows what to get you? Well you can't, not without placing an order. And even if you do, say you're looking ahead of time and a sandwich is unavailable, you can't look at whats on the sandwich because it's unavailable at the moment.

I went with a coworker while in the area. There was only one employee at the time, which was terrible for her. She needed a second employee working with her as not only did she have walk in and drive through customers, but had to do a 136 (or so) bulk order as well. But she was very polite, efficient, and well organized. Actually she was in good spirits despite her situation.Clean restaurant and great location. Just hope that they can get and keep more outstanding employees like the lady from the day that helped us.
