Always fun to try a new restaurant. This relatively new addition to Ketchum did not disappoint. We had the Fiesta Bowl and a build your own bowl. Such fresh and delicious options from the protein to the sides and sauces. I chose brown rice base, traditional tuna, trio, crab salad, avocado, edamame, cilantro, sesame seeds. Can't remember the sauces I selected but they were awesome. We ate here twice! Great spot for lunch. Dining room is tiny but take-out a great alternative. A definite keeper!

I've heard great things about this spot and am glad they are in Ketchum. A great, healthy addition to the take out options.

I crave this place every time I hear it’s name even mentioned. Like a salivating Pavlov dog my mouth literally waters when my wife talks about it. I’m new to poke but I’m thoroughly impressed. Fresh ingredients, creative bowls, and mind blowing flavor combos in almost every bite. Not overstating, I love this place.

Absolutely the BEST bowl. This is my go-to for a healthy meal on the go. Always fresh and delish. Combinations and flavor profiles are on point. Ketchum crew and Downtown Boise crew are friendly and enthusiastic. I hope you open in Twin Falls!! You will have a fan.

Paddles Up Poke in Ketchum offers quite a unique food experience. On my first visit I got a small bowl , The Fiesta, which includes spicy tuna. The poke bowl allows you to add and choose from a variety of fresh ingredients. The bowl was delicious and quite tasty. For sure I will be back again to try other options. Go and enjoy.

After a long day on the slopes, this is the place for nice, clean protein!I’m not new to the fast-casual poke concept. Paddles Up does it right! Tons of bases, fish, and toppings to choose from. (They even have zucchini noodles!) My boyfriend had the octopus and said it was great. I was a big fan of the fresh mango and pineapple.I would suggest the management add definitions under a few of the sauce names - we were a little lost with all of the sauces.Overall, this is a great lunch spot for when you just can’t stomach another apres ski burger. (Did I mention the prices were reasonable, too? Score.)

I would have never thought a small town like Ketchum would have poke. I was craving something healthy so we opted for poke. I had one of their preset poke bowl (spicy tuna) as I do not do well with too many options in front of me. You get to pick the different veggies and condiments if you want to do though. The fish and seasoning were good. I felt satisfied at the end of the meal without feeling too full. It might be part of mountain town living but the price was slightly more expensive than other poke places I've been to. But again, I do understanding that this town is further away from big cities so sourcing is probably harder. Check out this place if you're nearby!

I love this location! The staff are always so kind, location clean, and when the owner is in he makes it a point to come and interact with the customers in the store during that time. The food alone is delicious but the experience added makes it even better! Would definitely come back again! (In fact I have!) They always have great deals and are always willing to make things right when they aren’t up to par.

Always a solid choice. Bowls are fresh and flavorful! The new smoked spam option is very tasty!! I’ve only been to the downtown store but I’ve always had a great experience and great customer service!

Commendable poke products. From a vet in the Japanese f&b industry, congrats Paddle Up.

We had an early dinner here last week, eating outside at picnic tables in front of the hotel next door. My husband and I both had the traditional poke, which was tuna in a light marinade. The scoops were a little small, but the fish was fresh and the toppings were excellent and varied. The mango was fresh, the seaweed salad was delicious, and you could have unlimited amounts of side toppings. Dinner is served until 8 pm, and our meal was lots better than many of the mediocre meals we had in Ketchum and Hailey. (We are from DC) I would absolutely go back!
