My food was actually bad. I ordered the Malfadine and it was basically noodles in slime with some interesting spice that didn’t belong(maybe nutmeg?) I couldn’t even eat it I had to eat something else when we returned home, which is not ideal for what we spend to eat there. Really wanted to like this place because it is such a nice vibe but would not go back.

Great food, including a nice pasta section. The clam starters were great. The octopus we liked a little bit less. For mains, the wagyu bavette was so good, though it didn't come with any sides, just a little bit of sweet potato puree. The eggplant was delicious, my favorite dish. Lots of fun cocktails and mocktails as well. Overall, great spot for dinner

If I could give this ten stars I would. They made our children feel like they were the most important people in the room, put us at ease, and even gave our doodle a spot to hang so we could enjoy a meal. It was the best experience we have ever had. The meal was exquisite, balanced, delicious, and fabulous. The best we have had in a long time. Thank you so much for making our girls feel so special.

Really excellent food but they overbooked and we were asked to leave before we finished our meal. After a $475 two top bill we were asked to leave at 6:45 even after the server asked us if we wanted dessert. I suppose had we said yes, they would have given us a doggie bag!The owner came to our table and chastised our excellent server telling him to ask us to leave. He was very embarrassed. It's not like we were straggling.Horrible experience. For the dining experience one is supposed to have given the hefty price this is outrageous. They're busy so probably do not care but it will come back to haunt them.

The waitstaff was rude and really only cared about getting us out of there as quickly as possible. They actually took a drink out of our hands to clear it. And we were still eating dinner when they came by to try to take the plates and asked if we wanted dessert. When we asked to wait until we were finished eating, the waitress said “good plan” and walked away and never came back.

I love the Covey! It’s a consistently great experience with great rotating pastas, fish, and meat. They always have an interesting beer and wine selection .

First and last time there !Horrible food! 2 "Specials" went back to kitchen. Bucatini I'm sure was cooked 2 min, unchewable. Short staffed(understood), very very loud.

Excellent in ambience, with fresh ingredients including their produce and homemade pasta. We cannot sing the praises of the Covey enough. We booked dinner reservations during the busy Trailing of the Sheep Festival weekend. While this cozy modern elegance meets farmhouse restaurant would have been an ultimate experience for a date night, our expectations were FAR exceeded with our family of four (including two younger children). We enjoyed the mafaldine, lamb cassarecce, and butterleaf dishes. They accommodated a delightful simple pasta for our youngest one, and encouraged them to create artwork while we waited for our meal. Their artwork was proudly framed and tastefully displayed on the wall by the bar. The evening ended with a delightful sweet surprise by the chef/owner and his dog. We will be back, with our family, friends, and for a date night!

Outrageously expensive for the amount and quality of food which was served on cold plates and made the food lukewarm. Seating way to close together, no intimacy at all. Definitely need to review their prices to justify the food served. However our server was very nice. Sorry Covey first and last time for me and the hubby who were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

What a wonderful experience for dinner. I loved the open kitchen concept. The outdoor space with fireplaces is lovely during the fall. The pasta was fabulous - compliments to the

What a wonderful evening. Beautiful people, beautiful meals, beautiful cocktails. I’m glad I reserved as it was quite busy, clearly a local favorite. The rsvp carries a steep cancellation penalty ($200 for the two of us) which is more than I’ve experienced, I can see how that could be off putting. We sat at the bar, which we enjoy. The chairs are so comfortable and it’s a wide bar, plenty of room for dining and drink making both. The bartender was super attentive and kept checking in even though he was moving nonstop — creating drinks that were delicious and also works of art, such a visual feast. On the other side of the restaurant you have a view into the open kitchen and the fire pit. It has a great vibe, like being in someone’s inviting, beautiful kitchen. The front is quaint and unassuming, but it’s absolutely gorgeous inside. Menu was solid: seasonal, rotating, creative, and somewhat limited yet with something for everyone. There were several mains I would happily have enjoyed. I ordered the trout, and it was magnificent. Best trout I’ve ever had: a tender juicy huge grilled filet over an adobe tajin sauce filled with christmas lima beans. Omg. So so good. I could eat those lima beans every day! A generous nest of pickled vegetables was a nice punch of vinegar that offset the buttery trout, creamy beans, and savory, spicy sauce. I haven’t stopped thinking about this dish. My friend had the chicken thighs in a beautiful marbella sauce with castelvetranos, reduced prunes for a hint of sweetness, and I think lemon, plated over polenta and collards. She absolutely loved it. We each had plenty for leftovers to enjoy the next day. Pricing is a little more than average — if I remember correctly, $26-46/main, with some dry aged steaks over $200 — but not for the quality, portion, creative menu, artistry, ambiance, and the area. The bill honestly felt inexpensive compared with the experience. I cannot wait to return.

We had the best time at Covey. It's so fun to watch the open kitchen and it has a warm vibe. We walked in without a reservation and they were still able to seat us at the bar. The bar tender was so nice and gave great recommendations. The food was incredible. We got the pork belly appetizer as well as the clams. They both had the best flavor combinations, highly recommend. I got the bavette steak which was cooked to the perfect temp. My husband got the homemade rigatoni and bolognese which was also delicious. We couldn't have had a better time and look forward to going back next time we are in town. The owner Jessie and the whole staff makes you feel like family.

We had our wedding reception at the Covey in September 2023 and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue/dinner/night! Emily was incredible to work with as we planned the event months before. We worked with her and the Covey staff to choose a custom menu and signature drinks. On the wedding night the entire Covey restaurant and staff were amazing, super attentive and didn't miss a single detail. The wedding guests raved about the food and drinks, and the bar drinks were an absolute success!! They had a special menu for kids and when speeches rolled around they even pulled out an iPad for our 92 year old grandma to help her hear/see the speakers on the back patio. We are SO grateful to the Covey for helping make this the best night of our lives and would 1000/1000 recommend this venue if you have an upcoming event. Thanks Covey Team! You are the best.
