Never again!! Ordered take and bake pizza online at 5:05pm, said Pizza would be ready at drive-thru window at 5:35pm it is now 6:15pm, and they haven't even started making the pizza!! Trying to cancel this order as I'm standing in line writing this review. They don't even know how to cancel the order so I can get a refund!!! Could have ordered Pizza Hut received a delivered cooked pizza and had eaten it by now. This place deserves zero stars!!

Sorry Papa Murphy’s but that was the biggest management fail of all times. I get it. It’s Halloween. It’s busy. They had 8 people making pizza’s. 1 person working the register and he was also handling drive thru. They had over ten cars lined up on McMillan and if you know how far that was from the drive thru you know how far that is. They had a line way out the door. You would think they didn’t have pizza’s made. You would be wrong. They had well over 150 orders (that includes multiple pizzas in order) just sitting there. They had well over 50+ orders to be made. I called in over an hour ahead. I waited 30 minutes after arriving 15 minutes late. I left with no pizza. At one point I started yelling out people names from orders and got 3 people their orders. There was a woman who ordered ar 11:00 for a 3:00 pickup. She arrived wuth me and last I knew was still in line 30 minutes on her 2nd wait. Manager, do something. First, stop taking call in’s when you can’t handle everything else. Stop taking walk up otders. Tell drive through to park and come in. Do something. In 30 minutes I did more to get orders out and paid for then a single one of your employees. Honestly while I never want to go back out of morbid curiosity I want to see the level of wasted pizza’s and lost business. It’s Halloween so time to have pizza less fun. Pretty sure the kiddos won’t mind.

Do not visit this store on Halloween! I ordered a pizza and they said it would be ready in an hour. So when I came to pick it up I had to wait another 2 hours!!! Very poor planning to take that many orders and not be able to fill them.

Crust is like cardboard. Although there was plenty of cheese, both the marinara and garlic white sauce have no flavor at all. The only flavor came from the pepperoni Very disappointed.

Great pizza place. Staff is amazing and really enjoyed there support with the menu. Million of pizzas and varietys and combinations. Buy one get half off for sides are amazing deal and love the cheesy weel they sell. Love the ability to call and schedule a pizza to pick up. The online app is also very useful to just walk in and grab the pizza and walk away and have it pre paid. Over all highly recommend and love the store and crew. Daniel fulmer helped me with the menu multiple times. Lacie helped me over the phone. And konner made my pizza very fastVegetarian options: Half the menu is related to veggies and taste amazing. Recommend veggie pizzas.Kid-friendliness: Employes were very kind and respectful to children and understanding of how crazy they areParking: Multiple stores and shops. Plenty parking spots and designated papa Murphy's spots for pick upWheelchair accessibility: Big open entrance room for a lot of customers.Dietary restrictions: Manyyyy different gluten free pizzas and a lot of dairy free options. Ordered delivery through the Papa Murphy’s website. Delivery guy apparently just threw the pizza at the doormat and didn’t even ring the bell. Called the store to complain about my ruined pizza I essentially paid $30 for and was basically told it’s not their fault since they subcontract Door Dash to do their deliveries.

Don’t order from here on Halloween… waiting in drive thru line for 45 minutes to pick up pizza that is already paid for they said was ready 30 minutes ago just for them to say they couldn’t find the order…don’t go here..tons of other options- update pizza was awful, no sauce no flavor, probably the worst pizza I have ever ate.
