Food is so good. Pad see ew is one of my favorites. The lady is so sweet she gave me a huge portion. I gave her the $6 change as her tip and she gave me a bowl of spring roll and fried dumplings, she insisted. She prepares the food herself (and looks like she's the only one running the show, I think). Bring cash as well. The maps took me to a different spot but she's located behind Maverick Gas station.

Authentic Thai food you can get in Mountain Home Town. My friends and I had to wait for our 6 orders but the home cooked food was worth the time. The portions are huge too! The owner was the only person taking orders, preparing the ingredients, and cooking the food. Kudos to her for serving the delicious food despite managing everything on her own! Very down-to-Earth and honest small business that is deserving for locals to support.

This food truck is amazing! The lady who runs it is so sweet. She is always giving recommendations and answering any questions I have. I feel the portions are very fair for the money. I'll place an order and walk to do something else nearby normally and then come back and pick up my food.

Mama, as she's affectionately called, is an absolute gem and made my visit all the more enjoyable. The food is incredibly fresh and made to order, with the exception of some soups. The pad Thai and veggie rolls were particularly standout dishes, and Mama even threw in free rice and other extras at times. While the food truck doesn't deliver, it's a small inconvenience for the delicious food and exceptional service. Mama is a hard-working lady who puts her heart and soul into her cooking, and it truly shows. I would highly recommend CHAI-YO THAI to anyone in the Mountain Home area looking for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. Great food service is great and even though it's a food truck with no real ambiance it is worth the time and money to eat there.
Wonderful food, great service and price. Very kind people as well, we plan to go back again! We got pot stickers, pad Thai and pork fried rice, as well as the Thai tea! Super yummy!

Stopped by here and ordered a red curry. I was the only active order but the lady had just taken out a few cars' orders. I paid the $14 and told her my car identification. I waited in my car about 15 minutes while my children bounced around impatiently. When I went back up and asked how much longer it would be, she went over and started spooning green curry. I asked if she had forgotten my order and she replied "no." But then she didn't remember what I had ordered and hadn't even prepared anything for me. There had never been any red curry available she told me. I asked for my money back and instead just found something around my house. Oh and the place is disgustingly dirty. 0/10 will never return.

Oh my.yummmmmmm!!! I'm food drunk!!!! I had the #7 and The sweet and sour sauce was unlike anything I've ever tasted. It was authentic, different, and refreshing. Everything is cooked fresh to order, and the Spring roles were crispy and delicious. The food was still piping hot when we got home and dang it, I'm so full I might just take a nap!!! They only accept cash so be prepared and yes there was a bit of a wait, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! I can't wait to go back and yes...it will be very soon!!!
