Horrible costumer service no matter what server we get they are always negative and are not capable of actually doing their job. Seems like they may need some new management. DONT COME IF YOU LIKE TO TIP! Love the food though. After giving this place too many chances I’ve decided to only place orders to go.

Something happened. This Nampa institution has changed for the worse. I used to go here in the 1970s. I was here about five years ago, and it was as good as ever. This week, it was terrible. The hot and sour soup was...not. It should have something in it, traditionally. Some tofu, mushrooms, and pork, but it had nothing. The BBQ pork was also...not. BBQ pork is pork tenderloin. This was something like ham. Maybe Idahoans can't tell the difference, but I'm not from there anymore. My previous review was, "Their pork fried rice is the best ever." I had it this time, and it had the not BBQ pork in it. It was dry and only medicore.I am very sad. The Pon family must be gone.

This food is vile. The hot and sour soup was black with discolored tofu. The Mongolian beef was rancid. The kung pow chicken was bland and tasted of old vegetables. We went there on Saturday around 4. I was excited by the awards on the wall. There wasn't anything authentic on the menu, just Americanized Chinese food. We ordered hot and sour soup, mongolian beef and kung pow chicken. The hot and sour soup tasted like it had been sitting on the burner all day. The beef in the Mongolian beef had started to turn sour. I tasted all the ingredients separately and it was definitely the beef. The kung pow chicken lacked any flavor. The chicken was basically steamed and the peanuts were not roasted. The side of rice has hard dried bits on the outside.I did tell the waitress, and she took off the Mongolian beef. We never got the check and told the staff as we left about the food. They did not seemed surprised and said that they cook with a wok. That seems to be the only requirement for Chinese cooking. The manager never came out or asked any questions as I passed by him when I left. The place was clean and the servers were ok.I don't know how the awards were won. I've included pictures to show everyone. Skip the food poisoning.

I don't like saying anything bad about a restaurant, but this valley needs a good Chinese restaurant. We have been missing one since wok king, closed its doors many years ago. I see all the old awards, what happened to that cook. Sorry but your Chinese food isn't that great.
