There's a youngish female employee that is next level. She is personable, professional and energetic . Wasting her talents at Popeyes. Great customer service is hard to come by. Thanks for being a rockstar. Food was meh. The new wings are overhyped.

Having to use an app to operate a fast food place is the height of stupidity! They ask to see my phone and then lock me out when I go to get it. The food wasn't ready, the drinks were wrong and the chick at the window doesn't have a clue how to read an order.

It’s 1 in the afternoon, so it’s not like it was right before closing or anything and I sat at the drive thru microphone, trying to get someone’s attention for a full four minutes before I gave up.. I was the only person there. Like there wasn’t a line ahead of me or behind me, it was just me and that microphone against the world.

I went through the drive thru on my way home from work (28 mile commute one way), placed an order for a 12 piece family meal, bone in chicken. Paid at the window, then just sat there for about 12 minutes. The girl that was working the window just sat there (or leaned) almost the entire time. When she finally handed me my order, I saw two boxes and a bag, which would have been correct. I placed it in the passenger seat and finished my commute. Got inside with the food and had tenders instead of bone in chicken.Good thing we like tenders, too. NNot sure if I over paid or under paid, but I wasn't going to drive in evening traffic all the way back "to town" (about 18 miles) to figure it out.
16 dollars for very small chicken tenders and small fries. Rip off. The biscuit tasted awful. So many other options for lunch. You got me once but never again. Shameful. ?

The chicken was good, there was just a dab of potatoes and gravy and the same for the cole slaw. Had no butter or honey for the buscuit. And it was too expensive. Over $17.50 for a 5 piece tender dinner. Can have a nice dinner out for that. Don't plan on going

Went to Popeyes chicken today for lunch. According to their menu, they had a two-piece for $6.99 got to the drive-through to order. Told the lady what I wanted and when I got to the window not only was she rude and disrespectful as far as customer service goes she charged me $13 and something. Got back to work not only was the order incorrect, but she forgot the condiments that go with it.
