To start I love Buffalo Wild Wings, I'm not sure what happened to the staff there the day I went but I have never had that bad of service anywhere in my life. I realize my waitress was on the floor her first time by herself. but she did not get my order in twice then when I finally got my sandwich it was not even the sandwich I ordered in the first place. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I received a regular chicken sandwich and the manager would not refund my meal, she also opened my sandwich with her bare hands attempting to prove me wrong that that was a Nashville hot sandwich in fact it was not. it took over 2 hours to totally screw up my dinner. NOT COOL BWW !!

This is the second time I’ve ordered online and I will not ever do it again. You put clear instructions on food you’re paying for and it doesn’t matter. 2 meals that can’t even be ate. It’s unbelievable.

I came in and although I have family that work there, and my sister knows how old I am, which is older than her, she kicked me out of the bar in a heartbeat because I didn't have my drivers license on me.Its nice to see people doing their job regardless of the situation and/or family and friends.I know that my underage children can not go in there to drink and it makes me feel safe. It was fine except for the last two times I've ordered pick up The servers took it upon themselves to tip in charge it to my card without even allowing me to tip them myself which I always always decided to charge to my card without asking

It is completely ridiculous that you can’t reserve a table to have dinner with a large group. when we asked what the wait time would be we were told they could not tell us what the wait time would be. There was a large group in front of us that was already waiting for 30 to 40 minutes. While there the dinning area was not that busy enough to justify the wait time. Definitely has lost my business for a long time
It was great. Of course I have one of their hamburgers. I'm not a big wing person. I was there for a get together with a big group, Like half the people there said it was just too noisy!

This place is the worst, everyones food came out several minutes apart, had to keep asking for refills, the table was dirty and 2 out of 5 orders were wrong.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has declined in both service and quality. The last visit there, was the last visit. We complained about an appetizer, and the manager could care less. The prices in relation to the food quality/amount, are not worth it.

I really don't believe I should have to order my own stuff if there is staff working there why should I even be expected to tip if I am doing their job? Food was cold not good but once I complained the waitress actually checked on us probably won't ever go back if it stays that

The last 2 times we have brought our family here to eat we were put on a 30 minute wait list and got "passed over" according the manager. Not even an apology was given. We ended up waiting an hour both times in the parking lot and ended up calling to see what was going on and our tables had been given away to someone else. Your wait list process needs improvement!
