Litterally so slow I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and still waiting for my food it took ten minutes to take my order and now I’m still waiting for my food there is no one in line and no customers inside I only ordered like 5 things idk if they’re understaffed or what but it should not be taking this long. It’s called fast food for a reason not sit and wait for 30 minutes??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️

I have tried to use this burger king several times being that I live near by. Service at the drive thru is always sub par with the same rude female employee. Ordered two sandwiches and asked for two fry sauces. turns out the employee I placed my order with rude as always had to make a big stink about that second fry sauce, as if I was asking to much and one was enough to share with the other person I bought the second sandwich for was enough to share. Not really sure why it always has to be so difficult there. Go to the burger king just down the road in Chubbuck if your looking for a normal drive thru experience that doesn't take forever

The food tastes good because it's usually fresh, but if you're in the drive thru line, expect it to take 5-10 minutes per car ahead of you. I just spent 30 minutes waiting for food in the drive thru because there were 3 cars visible ahead of me, so probably 4-5 orders ahead of me. I spent 5 minutes at the ordering speaker before they took my order. The fries were fresh and the burgers tasted great.
This place had me wait 15 mins for 2 sandwiches and then messed up the order terribly. Go elsewhere if needing food.

Came back into town after a ski trip fully, knowing not many places would be open. Figured good-ole Burger King would have my back. 24-hour service is the claim for this location. Pulled into the drive-thru with a car just a head of me. Waited a few minutes, and the car pulled forward. Pulled up to the speaker to order and waited. Then I waited some more. 5 minutes goes by. Another car pulls in behind me. 10 minutes goes. No one to take my order. I figured they must be busy or the speaker is broken. I go to pull around to see if they were indeed open. The car that was in front of me was still sitting at the drive-thru window. Another 5 minutes goes by. They get their food, and I pull up to the window. The worker looked at me perplexed. Can I order food? She said I could. Whopper and cheese Burger was what I was after. She said they didn't have either available. Mind you, I'm 30+ mins into this. Have had other experiences like this with this location. I would not recommend going here past midnight. I figured I would give them one last try late at night. How does a business not have their main items in stock, let alone the poor customer service. This Burger King food is mediocre at best on a good day. After this experience, it put the nail in the coffin for ever returning. If you are traveling late, keep on going.
