Domino's Pizza

They spit in my food and the employee were all rude.

We order the food. Then it was it was out of delivery then we look on the app and it it’s been delivered. So we called the store and the end up finding are place. The driver David ask us for a tip cuse that how me made a living and no was tipping him tonight. I don’t think your drive should be asking for money

Ordered delivery online. ETA 28 minutes. After an hour I called to check on my delivery. Person on phone kept cutting me off when I would try to speak multiple times. I was calm but trying to ask questions and they would not let me speak. I opened the delivery tracking at this time. They stated the delivery was in progress and I could see it was still sitting at the store. Driver then left. Delivery instructions asked to leave order at the door and driver stood at my door knocking and ringing the doorbell until I answered. Pizza was room temperature, cinnamon knots had no warmth to them whatsoever and hard. Worst service from a Domino's I've had. Delivery ended up just shy of an hour and a half.

We placed an order around 5:48 for delivery and at 7 pm we called and was told it would be another hour. I asked to speak to the manager and he was rude saying it wasn't his problem that they were running behind. I asked if we could have a coupon to make us come back and he said no.
Everything he said was "it's not our problem"
I started off very calm but towards the end I became so frustrated. They didn't call or text saying it would be longer than expected. I did ask how many people have called to complain and he said about 20. Good thing it’s not his problem.
We went to Pizza Hut.

I have never had a bad experience with this store, the food, or the people. The online ordering system for some reason just keeps dropping parts of my address so they have to call me every time. Makes me feel bad and a little inconvenienced, but the food has always been so friggin good!

Ordered the Buffalo chicken tenders and they were the worst tender I have ever eaten. The manager apologized and suggested I order the wings next time. There probable won't be a next time, garbage.

My husband and I are fans of Domino’s Pizza-but the pizza from this location is sooo yummy! The staff does such a great job! You can tell they do their best, every single time the food is cooked perfect, and they certainly don’t skimp on the toppings!

Best "chain pizza" in Star. This location is better than the average Dominos in other locations in the valley. Service is great. Westside is a little better on taste, so this is my backup place or if I want deserts or sandwiches or pasta (which are great btw).

I ordered a late night meal from them online. I stood at the front entrance waiting for the delivery driver to get there. I watched as he pulled in, disappeared for maybe a minute, then pulled out and left. The store calls me and tells me he tried to deliver for 5 minutes and tried to call me several times. That was a lie. He never tried to call me. I had my phone on me. He wasn’t there for 5 minutes, maybe 1 or 2. They told me he’d be there after 10 minutes because he had another order to do. It was about 15 minutes later when he returned. Seemed to have no problem finding me then. When he gave me my order, I said “thank you,” but he replied with “yuuuuup” in a snarky and sarcastic tone.The food:-wings were incredibly tiny. Very little sauce.-ordered the bacon, chicken, ranch sandwhich. There was no ranch on it. Chicken was overcooked. Overall sandwhich was extremely dry.-ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch pizza. The pizza didn’t have any ranch it seemed. Chicken was entirely overcooked. The crust was also overcooked. Are 1 slice and didn’t even finish that because of how dry it was.Overall, extremely disappointed with the members of this store and the quality of the food.
