The guy that took our order was awesome. Very kind and helpful. Beef stew in a bread bowl was good. I love their ice.The older lady that was putting the gift baskets together was also kind. But her perfume was extremely strong and she left a wake behind herself. I decided to sit well away from her work area.

The "avocado" sandwich, pictured in front of the stone cold soup they gave me. Bonus points if you can spot the avocado.

This store is filthy. We were the only ones in the store to eat & all the tables had crumbs on them & the floor was sticky & hadn’t been mopped.

We were traveling through and my husband saw online you had soup and a fireplace in online pics and we were cold. We got there and the fireplace side was blocked off and the other side was cold. The soup was fine but it was a little dirty inside and the workers not too friendly. The baked goods looked wonderful but we did not have any. I might try again next time I’m in Idaho.

Love this place! Great food, great service, great prices.Hard standing in line between all the mouthwatering treats. Everything is good here!If I haven't recommended something it's because I haven't had it yet.

I had an Apple Cranberry salad with the BEST POPPY SEED DRESSINGS. A slice of focaccia bread, it was OK. I was disappointed in the rotten pieces of lettuce throughout the salad. Especially since the sign out front said fresh salads. One Friend, I think, had a soup or sandwich & side salad. She didn't eat her salad bc of the bad lettuce. Another Friend had soup in a bread bowl. Not sure about the kind of soup. She ate it, so it must have been good. Plus, she took home a big bread bowl. I will be back to try the soup bread bowl. Also, to try some desserts. Merry Christmas ⛄?☃️Parking: It was 12:00 pm & very busy.

Anytime I have went to the restaurant the food has been great. I love their turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich. However their online had a discrepancy tonight. Delivery said my sandwich was not available but on the pickup menu it stated it was. I attempted to call them to clarify whether or not it was in stock but was placed on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. As a disabled person I rely heavily on delivery. Not being able to call and place an order or even being able to clarify a discrepancy on their website is going to severely diminish me purchasing them.

This is a reflection of just the store, not the corporation of Kneaders. When you call the number you don’t actually get the employees at the store.I live across town from this establishment. We went through the drive-through to order food after being in the hospital for forever. When we got home we saw that they forgot to give me a whole entire order. I called the customer service number and she was fantastic and she had apologized and said that she was sending a message to the staff and manager at Kneaders so it would be ready by the time I get there from driving back across town. When I got there, they didn’t have it ready at all. When I let them know that they forgot to give an entire order and customer service called them to inform them. They just made the order gave it to me and just went to another to other customers. No apologies or explanation on why it wasn’t ready again.BUT KUDOS TO THE CS NUMBER FOR TRYING TO DO THEIR BEST TO FIX IT.

I go here every now and then and I always get soup or sandwiches and I would say the food is good. It's alittle bit pricey but I personally am ok with it every now and then. I will say the service everytime I go is a hit or miss. Sometimes I wait FOREVER sometimes it's fairly quick, today was not the case. Took about 10 minutes sitting at the window before being asked to even pay. Then another 10 minutes waiting for my food. The lady came back with my food finally and gave me a dirty look handed me my food and slammed the window. Didn't say a word to me, I tried to get a thank you in and couldn't even say it fast enough before the window was slammed shut. Not a very nice lady. My brother had the same story a couple weeks ago about the drive thru. Probably won't be going back here until this lady gets her attitude checked. Super rude. She'd probably feel better about her day if she let people actually be polite and thank her lol.

CHECK YOUR ?We bought two loaves and both had big hole in middle you can not even make a sandwich out of them. We would have brought them back but we are now in Washington!UPDATE 10/18/23A single setback isn't the end of the journey; if it were, I would've been shown the door as a toddler!Heeding my own counsel, I revisited, because my wife and I are quite smitten with the Raspberry Cream Cheese Pie—so much so that I bought two! Similarly, couldn't resist grabbing both loaves of bread I had my eyes on.Additionally, I got on board with the Kneader's App and was greeted with a FREE CHOCOLATE DOME! The app efficiently tracks loyalty points for every dollar spent, streamlining our subsequent visits. In essence, one hiccup doesn't define the entire experience. It's all about giving second chances and making informed choices. Rest assured, every time we're in Twin Falls, we'll be making a pit stop—though, I'll still keep an eagle eye on that bread!

Dirty tables, they have no napkins to clean a table or use with your food. The restraunt is overall dirty with food under tables and their cold case, windows are covered in hand prints and smears.. we were not impressed.
