First time at La casita, the owner Debbie was awesome! The food was great! Salsa came in mild and spicy. Both were great, spicy wasn't too spicy. The nachos were soo cheesy and the guac was delicious! Everything I love on nachos! My husband had the chili verde and he was nice enough to share! ! Yum! There's a definite older crowd there that has been coming for years since they know what a gem it is! Our waitress said Wednesday is homemade Posole! I'll be there early! Thanks for a great experience!

Fresh Mexican lunch with house made salsa with a fresh taste. Charming and pleasant staff that are both helpful and enjoy working here. Well lit and comfortable. I had the two fish tacos and they were the best I have ever had. Even the rice and beans had a perfect seasoning. What a find in Twin Falls.
Amazing it was pretty busy but we didn’t mind the wait was only 15 minutes and we had nine people ahead of us! As soon as we sat down the extremely nice waiter got us our drinks and after, we ordered, the menu had so much to offer! The best part was the chips and salsa?we ate and we gave the place 10/10 definitely coming back next time I head into twin falls

We're faithful to them. As being from NM and a cook for over 16 years...this IS closest to the real deal. It's not authentic but *is* Mexican food. Food is great and price is more than fair. Keep up the good work!
