This place changed hands again this summer. The place no longer has a kitchen, but the owner is doing amazing things on the outdoor cooker. I had a jerk chicken sandwich, hubby had the pulled pork. Both were delicious with homemade bbq sauce and cole slaw. Drinks were outstanding. We'll be back.

Stopped in here to see what kind of BBQ they had. Got some candied bacon that was fabulous. I mean WOW!!! It was killer. Nice job people.

Ate at Cogs Gastro Pub one of the first days it was open while traveling through Idaho. The food was great and the owner was very friendly. He was a one man show but still managed to take care of every customer. The atmosphere was fun and the location in downtown Wallace is great also.

On a Wednesday evening this was a one-man operation. The bartender/chef was friendly and he was hustling. There were two sandwich options; we both ordered the same one and it was tasty. So... great place for a drink and a quick bite but the menus you see on Yelp are not representative of what's currently on offer.

We stopped by Wallace for a quick bite and to break up our drive and stumbled upon Cogs after being turned away by another restaurant. Their menu is small (3 sandwiches when we went) but the two we ordered were good and perfect for our needs. The hostess/waitress was super friendly, and our food came out quickly. A great stop with great service!

We stopped in for a light lunch, and this small corner eatery fit the bill. Two large family-style tables, a few high-top tables by the window, and seating at the bar. It's dog friendly as long as the pet is on a leash. The menu was posted on a chalkboard. We shared a French baguette sandwich with Brie and ham that was quite good and a side of broccoli salad which was excellent. Our server was very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Conveniently, it's located right at the Center of the Universe intersection.

Wonderful independently own gem! We had a great lunch. They have a diverse beverage menu and all the food is so fresh and tastes homemade. We were waited on by the owner herself - she was so welcoming and provided wonderful service!

Had the french dip. Hubs had chicken pot pie.Sandwich made with perfectly seasoned, slow roasted beef...not lunch meat or processed meat. Pot pie made from scratch with perfectly al dente veggies and a flakey crust.Food is made with LOVE, and it's obvious.Absolutely worth the stop!

There is a good chance you will eat the best mashed potatoes from a martini glass in your life here.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid with a torch outside trying his damndest to keep us warm.

My husband and I stopped by for an early dinner and ordered the Idaho Gyros. I am in LOVE! Hands down, that was one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I would highly recommend stopping by when in Wallace.
