The food was good, but our experience was ruined by the employees. One was laying with his head down on a table, one was loudly watching an anime on his phone, and they were both screaming to the employee behind the counter about the orders coming through drive-through.

Tacos were good onions rings only ok the problem was the wait when it wasn't that busy .they were friendly and apologized for wait ..was hungry for tacos after an evening at Missouri Botanical Garden which was amazing , will be posting pics soon..Jack n the box 3.5 stars over

Was having a very stressful night at JITB. Kevin at ALTON HOMER ADAMS IL location made our night! He turned a bad night into a great one with his amazing customer service! He made sure we had everything we needed and ordered. He was kind, funny, energetic and a great worker. He was quick at getting us our food. Kevin made me want to come back just to see him again!
