When we ordered our soft drink, we weren't told that they had no ice. So we were handed a soda that was warm. My daughter asked for sauce with her chicken strips and got no sauce. I ordered chicken littles which they didn't even bother to put on the order. When I spoke with the manager, she did refund my money but only after listing a number of excuses for their mistakes. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!

Rude employees! They had attitudes when I told them they forgot 2 meals. Then I ordered a brownie which must have been a problem bc she had an attitude. I get the brownie and IT WAS FROZEN! People spend way to much money for this nonsense! Do your job or go home!

I ordered food on Sunday to be delivered to DoorDash. You never showed up but the driver said they delivered it now I have to fight with them to get my money back when I called Kentucky fried chicken they said the order is still sitting here I’m $41.44 out of the question Run high do not have anything to do with this place. It’s everybody’s fault but mine and I’m the one on the outside looking in.

No senior discounts...no coleslaw at my visit. Prices are outrageous!!!!
I went through at 8:00PM on a Sunday evening. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese as the side. After waiting in line for 5-10 minutes, I drove home and started eating my meal. (I will start checking in line from now on). First off, I received rock hard cold fries instead of my Mac and cheese which, I ended up just eating and thought “oh well” but then.. then…! I took a bite into my sandwich…. And was greeted with a bone. They had placed two hot wings/legs on my sandwich instead of a boneless chicken breast. I didn’t pay $9 for a meal I cannot even eat. Absolutely uncalled for. And totally not an accident…UPDATE: My husband ended up driving back and going in to talk to someone. They did make it right and gave us the Mac and cheese too. But, I still will not order the sandwich from here again.

Lied about their closing times, I'd get it if they close 5 minutes early but I got there 20 minutes before close sat the speaker for 5 minutes then pulled up to the window where he told me they were closed if you post a closing time stick to it people count on that after they get off.
