Ordered food through drive thru and the food was not made correctly. We received our food and had to wait for a few minutes for two shakes and a soda, which means our food is cold by the time we got our drinks. Seeing people on their phones and walking around kinda bothered me. If this is how it is there then they do not deserve to have service there.

Every time we go here we always have great food my son really loves their cheeseburgers and cheese fries. Our complaint every time we go is that the tables are always nasty. We end up cleaning our own table with just water and paper towels we have seen staff watching us it's a bit aggravating but we suffer for the food.

This place gets worse and worse everytime I go and try to give them another chance. Only me and one car ahead of me in the drive thru and had to wait over 20 minutes to get to the window and almost another 10 minutes to get my food which was a very simple order..burger and fries and they couldn't even get that right! I ordered ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion and they forgot the last two. They seem to mess up everytime I go there, food is very average, they must hire the dumbest slowest people they can find or other fast food joint rejects. This place is a joke amd don't know how they remain open. Definitely needs new management .

All the booth tables were dirty except for the one the manager was sitting at doing paperwork, There were no cups no napkins no ketchup and no soda no lids we had to request soda from the drive through and then she gave us large cups no lids still had to go back to request the lids ? then the manager Theresa dropped a whole sleeve of cups on the floor outside the protective sleeve and instead of throwing them away she took them and put them in the back room to be used once no one was there, our fries were ICE cold as well was the cheese, the burger was actually delicious though that was the only good thing about the visit this store has had allot of problems lately but this visit was just ridiculous we're gonna be going to the wood River location from now on until she can fix these problem our visit was two days ago
Just spent $26 on tea that tasted old, a double garlic steak burger that used to be a favorite however it was cold and less than impressive, 2 chili 5 ways that were so cold they couldn’t be eaten. Fries were minimal and ice cold also. Let’s not forget after sitting in line for over 10 minutes for this mess they didn’t even give us forks. Had to stop at a Walgreens for forks. Highly disappointed today.

Waited 20+ mins in line. Only 3 cars in front of mine, taking 8+mins to get orders out. -small bags being handed out so it couldn’t be large orders! Called to speak to a manager and they hung up on me, good luck staying in business with service like that!
