Such a cute spot! We didn't have reservations ( but should have) and the hostess sat us at the bar which was great! We all enjoyed our dinner and cocktails! The service was friendly and attentive. We will return and we will have reservations next time!

We were staying at the Davie School Inn and the Inn Keeper suggested this restaurant. we almost missed it.. glad we didn't! the food was good! we had the crab cake appetizer then the ahi tuna with mashed potatoes & coleslaw. my companion had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and veggies.. the waitress & cook we're very nice. nice hometown setting with good food. I'll go back when I'm in the area.

You don't expect "fine" dining in such a small town as a rule. But that's where you would be wrong. From the service to the food everything was top shelf. We were clearly out-of-towners but were treated like old friends. The steak was perfect (which is hard to do) and pasta on the menu was as if I had stood next to the chef myself. wonderful!

Unique atmosphere and amazing food was only topped by the friendly staff who seemed to guinely like their establishment and Anna. Refreshingly positive all around!
Food was not bad-just flavorless and lackluster. Nice atmosphere, but due to lack of any attempt at sound absorbing materials you could hear every conversation in the building and not hear your table mate. Not a place I’ll go back to.

Service was good. We tipped the waitress well, because she did absolutely nothing wrong. Food came out quick, but tasted like nothing. Not even bad, just nothing. I don’t know if we were just here on a bad night or what, but we did not enjoy it. Owner was extremely passive aggressive about the bad food too. Seriously awful way to treat customers.

I hadn't been back in four years and was quite happy with a last minute decision to land at the Brick House grill. I went with two Italians visiting us and we were all so pleased with the linguine with mushrooms, basil olive oil and chicken. The staff was welcoming and most gracious even at the late hour and a party of nine people. The appetizer included roasted garlic, bell pepper and cheese paired with a hot bread. Definitely returning. So good Happy to drive 25 minutes to get a real taste of modern Italian food that was served with generous portions.
