Mobile order at drive through. Told to 2476 Oneida Ln, 60563 first window..thought that was weird. I stopped there to be told next window. Everyone looks so unhappy. Then asked to wait ahead. Still waiting way too long.

The lady at Drive-Thru first window was worst than ever….we are placing an order , the lady was never listening n asks to pull up next window , even there is no one waiting behind me…. I have to order few more. I asked for sugar in cappuccino but they never added ?#Just listen to people first# Sorry for management tho, but Im gonna delete it , if the lady behavior changes next time.

Kids wanted a burger with cheese, so we had to tell them to specifically just add the cheese alone to the burger, nothing else , no patty since we don't eat meat. But the order came without cheese.

9/28/23 I went today through the drive thru. Horrible food, stale and old. Not to mention they took 15 minutes to bring my food out to parking #3. They took my order at 1:55pm. Food bag ticket said 1:57pm BUT their failed to bring my food out until 2:10pm. Food went to the trash. I ordered a regular McChicken got a spicy one instead. Nuggets were old and stale. Fries warm but not fresh
