Of everything that was ordered the best item was the beans and rice. Overpriced and small serving. The steak quesadilla was disgusting. The steak looked like it had been thru the blender, baby pieces and mushy. No flavor whatsoever! Definitely doesn't look anything like the photo on the menu board. In general this chain has gone downhill. I thought so 5 months ago but went to a different location and again very disappointed.

Was hungry late night and decided the I could go for some hard shell tacos from the bell. Ordered 3 in the drive through and pulled around to the parking lot to eat them. They hit the spot.
Let’s start off with saying this location is the worse that I’ve ever been at. I usually only go to Taco Bell for Nacho Fries. When they were taken off the menu I didn’t go at all. . . I ordered two large nacho fries and they were terrible and tasted as if they’ve been cooked the day before. The chipotle ranch burrito was so soggy and barely full. The Doritos tacos were also terrible. The only thing that had a good taste was the freeze drink. . . IVE BEEN ON THE TOILET FOR TWO DAYS AFTER EATING THIS! EVEN NOW, MY STOMACH IS STILL IN KNOTS! I’ve never experienced this with any other location!

The food was quite adequate. Tasty as Taco Bell usually is. The service was horrible. They advertise at . 50 cent strawberry cinnamon twist as an add-on, but they refuse to honor the special. I even took a picture of the ad and then spoke to three people, they simply refused. This is only a . 50 cent discount, but this location has lost my business over half a dollar. Why were they so nasty?

The staff that works the night shift are awesome. Super friendly and the food is always fresh not soggy or sloppy. I usually go there after work. There is a gentleman that works the drive through that is always super professional. sorry I don't have his name but I was there last night (11/5/23) and he is always really polite and professional. Always asks how my work day is going because i think he is starting to remember my order or maybe my car. or me, lol: anyway he is great. great staff.

Good customer service as well - mistakes will be fixed properly 100 percent of time guaranteed.Future customers going here should temper their expectations as it is just a fast food restaurant, and restaurants can’t account for human error.Anyways, I’ve been going here for the last year. I am a regular customer and often order the taco pizza combo or 12 taco party pack. Full of Mexicans that barely speak English, they make orders wrong all the time. Ignore complaints and special requests for order LD (example: no beans in a burrito, they will still put beans on) they don't fix their mistakes and are incredibly rude to customers who call them on their shit
